Holiday rentals with a patio in Uusimaa

Joona’s place was a great place to spend a week in Helsinki. It had everything we needed. The location is also super convenient being close to the city centre as well as the zoo.

Emmi was a great host and the apartment was arranged on a really fast schedule. In addition, the private parking space made the visit easier. Thank you! 🌞

The host came to pick me up at the bus stop and also drove around to tell me about the nearby restaurants and the location of the main attractions. Once I got into the room, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not only comfortable, but it was fully equipped with all the amenities!The kitchenware was very well stocked and there was even a matching sauna in the bathroom. I stayed here for two nights and felt so comfortable and just like home.And, all famous attractions are easily accessible on foot.

The studio is located in a quiet apartment building and in a quiet residential area. Helsinki was easily accessible by metro in a short time. A good restaurant and shopping were nearby. I appreciated the personal welcome, as well as the small, glazed balcony. The only thing I didn't like was the direct view of the facade of the neighboring house...but I was mostly on the road and otherwise the surroundings were very green!

Clean, quiet, family friendly space. Playgrounds nearby, grocery shops. Lots of things to do nearby.

Great location and a nice spacious apartment. A footpath runs alongside and you can walk to the center. The nearest store is a couple of minutes' walk away. Peaceful housing association and location - sweet dreams. Good equipment and olive oil plus.

A really lovely and homey spot. Fully equipped, including lots of items often not in a unit (washer,dryer, sauna, private patio). Location is great - close to the water and parks; easy transit ride to the metro and downtown; we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very close to the Metro station. The place is clean, you have everything you need to cook a dinner, spotless clean all dishware. Near, there is a supermaket open 24h. Is very close to city center with many options: metro, bus and tram. Comfortable bed and beautiful terace. Best place ever for us and a very good communications. Upon arrival at the apartment, you will be greeted by a pleasant and calm host and wonderful soothing music will be playing upstairs. The apartment was wonderfully bright and the host showed us the premises. The luxurious sauna and shower area was one of the things we liked a lot. Although the apartment was rented with the idea of an inn, we still felt that we were left alone and our space was respected. We had good conversations with the host and overall this left a good and grateful feeling. I can highly recommend if you like bohemian and calming community, where you respect others and still have space to retreat to your own space.

Great place in a quiet area. Good equipment for making your own snacks and you can get to the airport from the destination really easily. Teemu gave good instructions on the outcome of the property, etc. I give 5/5 points.

We’ve had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Andreas’ house. We can highly recommend this - especially for travellers with children. It’s a cozy and beautifully furnished place! The surroundings are beautiful with many pretty wooden buildings around. Andreas has always been very responsive and proactive in his communication.

Its an amazing place with Very Big size Balcony! The Spa is truly a gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Anssi's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed using the sauna. Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.

Exceptional condo. Classy, sophisticated, organized and very clean. The condo is spacious with numerous places to sit, cozy-up and enjoy the surroundings. The neighbourhood is perfect.

Had some problems with the translation but Sari gave it time to let me understand better and i had a overall nice stay

The accommodation was excellent for the needs of a family with one child on a two-night holiday trip and we could stay again, although there were some shortcomings. The playground in the yard of the accommodation was in a rather neglected condition, but luckily a nice resident park was found 5 minutes' walk away. The shower only had cold water for several minutes the first morning, until it finally got too hot. The next morning, the water from the shower was too hot and could not be cooled down.

The apartment matched the description, in a really good and peaceful location. All the necessary services are within walking distance.
