Great location, with a beautiful view of the lake and surroundings, close to San Martin Avenue, where Ushuaia's shops and restaurants are located, and close to the boat trip boarding pier. The apartment is clean and closer to the town. The hosted helped me doing the check-in before because I need to save my luggage and they gave me information about tours or things to do in Ushuaia I really recommend them

We had a great 5 day stay here. The place was amazing with all the amenities we could possibly need. Maria was a great host, very responsive to messages, and the check-in/out was very easy.

Our stay in this apartment has been very pleasant. Grabiel was very attentive at all times, he left the heating on prior to our arrival and answered all our questions instantly. At the time of arrival and departure, he was very flexible, adapting to our needs. In addition, the apartment has everything shown in the ad and the location is quite good. The only aspect to improve is the shower, as it is difficult to get a stable temperature. It is also highly recommended!

The accommodation is super nice and very well located. It's great that there's a Carrefour less than a 5-minute walk away. It has a rooftop with a view of the mountains, super nice. Hot water was never lacking. I highly recommend it.

After 17 days in Ushuaia, I can say that it was an unforgettable trip. From the first moment, the city caught me with its mix of mountains, sea and that end of the world air that makes it so special. I walked through its streets and its coast, enjoying the contrast between the architecture and the immensity of the Beagle Canal. I sailed through its waters and encountered sea lions, cormorants, and penguins, following some of Darwin's footsteps and explorers of yesteryear. Each excursion was a chance to amaze me with the untouched nature of this corner of the planet. Tierra del Fuego National Park gave me unforgettable trekking days. From trails winding between forests of lengas and turbals to breathtaking views of the canal and snow-capped mountains. La Laguna Esmeralda, with its hypnotic color, was another of the high points of the trip. Getting to it, crossing valleys and rivers, made the reward at the end of the road even more rewarding. This is one of the best Airbnb places that i have ever stayed. Super comfortable, modern, clean and the views! OMG, the views have raised my expectations for the future. Totally, recommend this apartment, it was super nice to hang out at the end of the day, after the day activities. 10 stars!

We stayed last week and the experience was excellent. Dário and Andrea were super attentive from the first moment, with a very agile response to all our inquiries. The apartment is perfect: very clean, warm, with an incredible view, and quiet, ideal for resting. The radiant floor made all the difference on cold days, and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, which we greatly appreciated. Definitely a place we would go back to! This place is truly something spectacular. The views from every single room, including the bedrooms, are jaw-dropping, while the residence itself was brilliant - comfortable, well laid out with no one feeling cramped, private and a great outdoor space. Although we did not cook while there, we did not want for anything in the kitchen and the bathrooms/bedrooms came stocked with more than enough towels, linens and other necessities. As two friends traveling together, it was the perfect place to relax and chill between the day's activities and dinner, giving us a perfect refuel. The lovely bottle of wine and chocolate gifted to us were icing on the cake. The staff in the building is also super helpful, responds immediately, and went out of their way to support us with any needs and questions. For those traveling from outside the country, the water from the tap was also potable.

Everything a stay could be and more if it’s available book it more than worth the money. Easy to access able to go to and from the city center with the best view in Ushuaia. Do not miss out on this.

I didn't meet Dario, just Andrea, a great person, very kind and communicative. He explained everything to me, gave tips on places to go, excellent co-host. As for the apartment, it's great too. Beautiful view of the mountains, especially Mount Olivia, which is right in front of the apartment. The place is very safe and easy to access. It's a little far from the city center, but nothing that an Uber or rental car can't solve. I will definitely return in the future. Thank you very much, Andrea. See you next time. 😉

Great place in a very nice location. Has good amenities, is very spacious, and is close to plenty of attractions. Host was also responsive and helpful during our stay.

This accommodation is highly recommended! It has everything you need even for long stays, the dpto is like new, beautiful, very bright and impeccable, the bed is very comfortable and the entire space in general too, plus super well heated. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent communication at all times. How it was a long stay we included a cleaning during the stay and change of towels and sheets weekly, very grateful for this! I did telework during my stay and in general the internet worked well. The only unfavorable point (escaping from the hands of the administration) is that every weekend people were spending very early on the avenue screaming (4am - 5am) and used to cut off our sleep. I recommend the place anyway.
