Great location, with a beautiful view of the lake and surroundings, close to San Martin Avenue, where Ushuaia's shops and restaurants are located, and close to the boat trip boarding pier. Well-equipped apartment with its own heating system, providing thermal comfort during your stay. A relief from the cold that made the city.

My brother and I stayed in Luis’s apartment for two nights. The flat is lovely and cosy, and accurately matches the photos on the ad. We particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen and great water pressure in the shower. It is walking distance into the main part of town and there are two large supermarkets under ten minutes walk away. Luis the host was really helpful and even managed to get us a discount on a boat ride! I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The apartment was better than the photos in the ad. The view of the snowy mountains from the room was a surprise. Beautiful! From the balcony view, you could see the sunset in Porto. The apartment was cozy, with good furniture. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and step on the heated floor. The host is very polite and friendly, welcomed us, and gave us all the necessary information and was available for other questions. The location was perfect. We had easy access to the main avenue, and walking the streets, even at dawn, was quite safe. I recommend this accommodation 100%. Perfect

The apartment is clean and closer to the town. The hosted helped me doing the check-in before because I need to save my luggage and they gave me information about tours or things to do in Ushuaia I really recommend them

Alejandra is pleasant, kind, approachable and very friendly. The place is almost the same as the description, except that in person it is much better and smells wonderful. Nothing is missing, it's impeccable! I recommend it with my eyes closed, the view is a living painting, but the service is 20 out of 10! Thank you Alejandra!

Everything was excellent. He was flexible with the check-in time and I was able to go with my pet. Super close to the center and places to buy food.

I stayed with my mother and we had great days! The accommodation is a little further from the center, but you arrive at cercs of 20 minutes walking along a gorgeous waterfront with magnificent views. The owner of the place, Magdalena, was also a sweetheart, giving us great tips and always being very receptive. The check-in process was super easy, the apartment was spotless and has a delicious bed. Village council would return to stay there :)

I really liked the accommodation, it is in an area further from the center but since it was by car it was no problem.

This is one of the best Airbnb places that i have ever stayed. Super comfortable, modern, clean and the views! OMG, the views have raised my expectations for the future. Totally, recommend this apartment, it was super nice to hang out at the end of the day, after the day activities. 10 stars!

We stayed last week and the experience was excellent. Dário and Andrea were super attentive from the first moment, with a very agile response to all our inquiries. The apartment is perfect: very clean, warm, with an incredible view, and quiet, ideal for resting. The radiant floor made all the difference on cold days, and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, which we greatly appreciated. Definitely a place we would go back to! This place is truly something spectacular. The views from every single room, including the bedrooms, are jaw-dropping, while the residence itself was brilliant - comfortable, well laid out with no one feeling cramped, private and a great outdoor space. Although we did not cook while there, we did not want for anything in the kitchen and the bathrooms/bedrooms came stocked with more than enough towels, linens and other necessities. As two friends traveling together, it was the perfect place to relax and chill between the day's activities and dinner, giving us a perfect refuel. The lovely bottle of wine and chocolate gifted to us were icing on the cake. The staff in the building is also super helpful, responds immediately, and went out of their way to support us with any needs and questions. For those traveling from outside the country, the water from the tap was also potable.

Everything a stay could be and more if it’s available book it more than worth the money. Easy to access able to go to and from the city center with the best view in Ushuaia. Do not miss out on this.

I didn't meet Dario, just Andrea, a great person, very kind and communicative. He explained everything to me, gave tips on places to go, excellent co-host. As for the apartment, it's great too. Beautiful view of the mountains, especially Mount Olivia, which is right in front of the apartment. The place is very safe and easy to access. It's a little far from the city center, but nothing that an Uber or rental car can't solve. I will definitely return in the future. Thank you very much, Andrea. See you next time. 😉

Great place in a very nice location. Has good amenities, is very spacious, and is close to plenty of attractions. Host was also responsive and helpful during our stay.

This accommodation is highly recommended! It has everything you need even for long stays, the dpto is like new, beautiful, very bright and impeccable, the bed is very comfortable and the entire space in general too, plus super well heated. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent communication at all times. How it was a long stay we included a cleaning during the stay and change of towels and sheets weekly, very grateful for this! I did telework during my stay and in general the internet worked well. The only unfavorable point (escaping from the hands of the administration) is that every weekend people were spending very early on the avenue screaming (4am - 5am) and used to cut off our sleep. I recommend the place anyway.
