Holiday rentals with a patio in Usedom

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. The exchange with the host was also absolutely smooth and very friendly. Clear recommendation!

We had a very nice few days. Putbus is a good starting point to explore the island. The accommodation is super clean, tastefully decorated - very spacious and the garden offers many places to relax. Matteo's tips were very helpful and he responded immediately when we had a question. We will be happy to come back.

The "Steernkieker" apartment offers a maritime holiday flair and scored with us especially with the fireplace and the view of the sky directly from the comfortable bed on the upper floor as a special element of comfort. The apartment is surrounded by a spacious, well-kept garden area, which offers various seating and lounging areas. This creates a harmonious overall feeling that makes it very easy for us to take a deep breath from everyday life. Frank welcomed us with an open-minded chat, was available as a host on site and thus paved the way for a successful stay in the north.

We were allowed to spend New Year's Eve at Charlotte's place. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The apartment is very well furnished and looks much larger in real life than in the photos. The location is great: close to beautiful Putbus but very quiet. A highlight was the children's room with a loft bed and a wide selection of children's toys and audio cassettes. We thought it was great and would be happy to come back.

We had wonderful days in this apartment in Sassnitz. The apartment is beautiful, modern and at the same time cozy, equipped with everything you can imagine. We were very well received. The location is perfect and central. It is only a few meters to the beach. The apartment was very nicely decorated and perfect for us.

The holiday home Anni was a great house. We were with two small children and we lacked nothing. The space was clean and decorated with a lot of love. The garden with the sandbox was a highlight for our big one. In addition, the contact with the hosts was very sweet and our questions were answered immediately. We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

We were very happy with the place. This was nicely furnished, well equipped and very clean. The kitchen left nothing to be desired. There were also a lot of games and toys for children. Tomasz was very hospitable and responded quickly. The property is very quiet. You need a car to explore the surrounding area.

We spent wonderful days in the Muscheltaucher vacation home. The accommodation in a quiet location has everything you could wish for. The house is perfectly equipped and tastefully furnished, the garden is beautiful and well maintained - what more could you want?! The contact with Alexander was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the week at Reethus Meerverliebt very much. The location is quiet and within walking distance to the beach! The kids (2.5 years old) rode the path with the balance bike! A lovingly restored and wonderfully equipped house; you immediately notice that Ulrike and Mathias put a lot of love into it and also use it themselves. You can just arrive and feel at ease. Communication very friendly and always available. The location is in a quiet part of West Rügen, ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. It met and exceeded all our expectations, we will be happy to come back

We had wonderful days in Maja's accommodation. When we arrived, her husband had already heated the hot tub, which was perfect. The communication was great, Maja was always available for any question you had. So that you are not surprised, as we are, a large dog roams there every day, he lives in the village and comes by to rest, cuddle and have a drink, he is very sweet and tolerant of dogs and people. All around a great house, with everything you need. Small shopping is quickly done in the neighboring village, otherwise we recommend Misdroy where you will find everything.

We had a great week in the apartment The whole property is a small paradise and our children also felt very comfortable and the huge garden with trampoline, sandbox, adjacent horse paddock and the rabbit was really a highlight. It was super quiet and very restorative. Frank was always available when you needed him and we even got a cucumber from his own vegetable garden 😊 By car you can quickly get to the nearest supermarket (about 10 minutes) and at the nearby campsite you can also get fresh rolls in the morning. Excursion destinations such as Sassnitz, Binz, Stralsund and in our case the Dinopark and the treetop path were all within about 25-40 minutes by car Thank you so much for the wonderful week 😊 We would come back

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly hostess! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on it or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Was completely satisfied 👍🏼 Parking right outside the door. I thought the offer to use the fireplace at any time and the extra heating in the bathroom was great. Very quiet and idyllic and exceptionally nice landlords🙏😊

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

A great, relaxing stay, the apartment perfectly and tastefully furnished, Michael always quickly reachable. The apartment is super centrally located to the train station, city center, supermarket. The only slight limitation for us was the mattress, a bit too soft for us, but the bed linen was light and cuddly, especially in summer. Overall a top address, highly recommended!

Great place to stay in Binz. Close to the shops, buses, trains and the beach. Highly recommended.
