Good and secure wee place to stay.

The apartment is compact and modern and is in a very central location, close to public transportation, restaurants, shops and clubs. The view from the fifth floor window is directly to the parking lot of the building opposite. As for the entry of guests and friends, it was necessary to go through a procedure that required sending George a photocopy of the ID for each person entering the building, which I found a bit tedious, although I did not need it because I preferred to meet them outside due to the preoccupation. George left a good impression on me as a positive and available person, although we did not meet face to face. Overall, he felt that the price was fair in relation to the consideration.

I won't repeat what other guests have said but to summarize that it is a great apartment with great hosts. What I don't think has been mentioned before is that the hosts supply you with an instruction manual to the apartment which is very helpful, that the kitchen also has an under bench water filter, and the apartment has it's own water reserve. It is located on the main street & facing the street so with such a central & convenient location it is noisy (not 24/7 obviously) but the bedroom has glazed windows and glazed doors to close off the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. I found also using earplugs also reduced the noise level further.

Excellent host, amazing apartment, and great location would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Bogota!!

Very nice place, everything was tidy and we had been left basic things like water to drink and some ingredients for cooking, the neighborhood is very quiet... Everything was perfect (although the elevator was a little slow😂)... We'll be back soon ✌🏻

I liked the location. You have no need to use Uber for getting something to it or get groceries. Also the place was clean, and the shower has hot/cold water so that is a plus. And the guest answer fast

Loved the apartment. Very safe, secure, spacious, modern and clean. Was a treat to have the massive TV screen - not that we watched it much as were too busy sightseeing. Beautiful views from whole apartment, great rooftop terrace where you can even have a bbq. Johnny (host) was very responsive with any requests. Would definitely stay here again.

When you're inside the house, it feels like a cottage: cozy, quiet, and perfect for resting. The patio is delicious to hang out; some mornings we had breakfast there and it was great. The neighborhood is very quiet, but a few blocks away there are shops and restaurants if you need anything. Adriana is super friendly, responds quickly and makes sure to give you all the directions to make it easy to get there. He even greeted us with some details to snack and take, which was a very nice gesture. The house has everything we need, it's very well equipped and everything works well. We were four people and the space was perfect, even if it fits even more. We would definitely rent this place again.

Loved my stay here! The space is extremely beautiful and Wayra as well as Angie were the nicest people. I loved being picked up at the airport by Angie and her husband, they’re such a sweet couple. I felt right at home and loved that there were some nice people there as well. I would come again! The only thing is, that it’s quite a walk away from La Candelaria and walking the streets home at night didn’t feel fully comfortable for me.

Marcella runs a warm and inviting home. It is clean and cosy with a plesant visual esthetic. She is an excellent host. When the power and wifi were temporarily off for service during check out, and we were unable to go online to book an Uber, and needing to use the app to pay, Marcella made sure that we had a paid ride to the airport, that she covered the cost of in advance. Respectful. Responsible, Relaxed. Would return.

great accommodation! the check in went very smooth. my partner and I arrived much later than expected at night and Manuel was very quick to respond to our questions. the room is exactly as described.

Blanca was a very graceful host, friendly and easy to communicate with. Bedrooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. Kitchen is a little small but enough space to all cook meals. if you want to stay close to the airport I recommend this apartment

A cozy experience, comfortable and spacious bathrooms, the beds in good condition, has all the necessary kitchen utensils, has hot water and the water did not fail at any time. I would do it again

A very peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle in a safe walking neighborhood. Quite restaurants, parks and amenities nearby. Doña María at the reception is very friendly and always willing to give recommendations :) Juan is always attentive. I would come back without hesitation at some point to return to Bogotá.

The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view. Julio's service was great! It is well located and in a safe area. With 24-hour doorman. There is a washbasin, in addition to the bathroom, with liquid soap in both. Details that are not very good: there is no sofa in the living room, the shower stall has a curtain, all the plates, glasses, cups in the kitchen are plastic, there is no salt, there is no hair dryer, there is noise on the street and on weekends there is music all night. I would stay again on weekdays!

We loved our experience at this place. Everything was very clean, organized, and well-equipped, with a cozy decor that made us feel right at home. The location is ideal: close enough to everything, yet in a very quiet area perfect for resting.
