Smoking friendly holiday rentals in U.S. Virgin Islands

We really enjoyed our stay. Stanford’s place was perfect. The resort was great, with nice restaurants and access to the beach. There are taxi drivers in the lobby so it was easy to get around. It was even close to the ferry so we went to St. John’s twice for the carnival. Will definitely stay here again.

The view sets the mood. This was a good stay for the price and for a family of 4. It was a quiet neighborhood, felt very homey.

Jenny and Arnold provided a fantastic experience! The home was spacious, clean, fully equipped with all essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. Each bedroom was comfortable, providing plenty of privacy for everyone in our group. The location was convenient, with an amazing ocean view ….Jennifer was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. She even offered helpful recommendations for nearby activities. Overall, I highly recommend Jennifer's home for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I will most definitely be back thank you for everything!!

Marvin's place was awesome! He was super responsive, always there if we had questions. I wish every Airbnb was like his. He helped us tons, and it really felt like home. He even left us fresh fruit and local goodies – such a nice touch! Definitely recommend it. The view was amazing every morning too. Thanks for everything!

Villa’s place was as described as listed. She provided great instructions of do’s and dont’s for the area with plenty of phone numbers to taxis etc and places to eat. The view of the ocean was blocked by some trees which is probably the only bad thing I could say & unavoidable. I did have some WiFi issues but she went above & beyond to make up for it so appreciate the great host she was. Would definitely recommend her location!

Thank you for a great stay in beautiful St Croix! The included air conditioning, washer & dryer, hot water, kitchen, office with desk, and private gated parking helped make it a comfortable productive stay.

I would like to thank Mialika & Magdalena for an incredibly inviting experience. My sisters & I felt as if we were home. The house was clean & well organized. There was more than enough space for us to enjoy each other’s company and the company of ourselves. Hosts sure we were well taken care of, had everything we needed & for checked in to make sure we were ok. The house is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants & local shops & island attractions in West Fredricksted & Sandy Point. But you are right near Queen Mary H’way, which can lead you east of St. Croix to the town of Chistiansted. My only suggestions are that hosts allow guests access to patio furniture so that you can enjoy the outdoor space. There was a grill, but we didn’t feel we had the tools we needed to use it. It may also be helpful to provide beach essentials such as towels, sun shade, beach toys, etc. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND guests rent a car or arranging a car service, it will make it much easier to get around the island. Most importantly, allow guests the opportunity to pay it forward & donation something to your home as part of memory of their presence on the island. I definitely look forward to visiting again & making recommendations for others to stay at this amazing place as well! Be Safe & Stay Healthy. 🏝💛 ~RenJ

This house was perfect! The view off the deck is totally stunning...sunrise, sunset, crystal blue waters, rolling hills of the East End of St John and even a full rainbow one afternoon! We spent a lot of time out there. The house was very comfortable, great big comfy couch, beds were nice and linens great and lots of pillows. The kitchen was very well appointed, big and fun to cook in with the counter and chairs for others to keep you company. The frig is huge and the ice maker was crucial. The laundry room was so convenient downstairs. The location was wonderful--near many amazing beaches and hikes, historic areas and local eateries. Quiet and peaceful but with plenty to do. Overall we LOVED staying here!

We started every morning with coffee on the deck along with the roosters and two cats. It seemed like whatever beach we were going to or ferry it was 20 minutes from the rental. Definitely very hilly but that’s part of the islands. We rented jeeps and shop early for the best prices. We ate breakfast and dinner on the deck watching the sun set and rise everyday. Lots of rainbows. The rental is fully stocked with beach towels, linens, beach chairs and the kitchen had an array of oils and spices. Nice gas grill, poolside. We brought some food that we froze and packed it in our checked bags with light weight ice packs. We looked on line at what items were best to bring. Well stocked kitchen with all cooking utensils. Great rental for a group of friends or a family. Looking forward to going back to enjoy some SST fun in the sun.

We had an amazing time at this property and in St. John! We loved our experience so much, we will likely be back soon! Drew and Bailey were both very helpful, and getting the car through Drew was seamless! Thank you again for helping us have an amazing time in St. John!!

We were lucky enough to find this listing after being very unhappy with our first airbnb. The view was incredible. The 2nd floor unit was immaculate when we arrived. There was an issue with the refrigerator when we arrived due to the power outages that day(not the property's fault at all), and Brenda had a brand new fridge at the property within an hour. The bedroom area was huge, and the king-sized mattress was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. There is a coffee pot, a kureg, and a blender. The bathroom and shower were very clean with excellent water pressure and consistent hot water. The gas/charcoal grill on the deck was a huge bonus!! The hot tub was a fantastic way to wind down at the end of the day. We will definitely try to book this property again when we return to St John. This property literally saved our vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This place was a beautiful property. The views and breeze were amazing! The location is secluded and not something u can type into your GPS. Once you get there, you have to pin your location to get there again but I caution you to take the route that Sergio takes, the route the GPS takes you will have you on a steep hill in fear for your life! Also bring bug spray as it is an island and mosquitoes can be an issue when opening doors and windows to capture the mesmerizing breeze. It is a short drive to Red Hook which was great. Going to town/waterfront was a longer drive but not anything unbearable. Sergio is so pleasant and very communicative. Overall Great Stay ❤️

This place is a gem. Very spacious (the pictures don’t do it justice.) We saw many beaches and the best one is about 5 minutes away. The deck and view are so wonderful, conveniently located to groceries stores, restaurants, and great views of the island. Definitely recommend a car! Also, Michael is 10000% responses to questions about his home and about the area. We had an amazing stay!

Russ is very responsive and helpful. The landmark he gives to navigate to the property is spot on. He offers suggestions on where the locals eat and drink. Russ met us at the property to give us a tour and to answer any questions. We will definitely look to stay at the property again if we come to the island again ( we will be back ;) lol)

Highly recommend, this place was a GEM! Very peaceful, spacious and comfortable. The lady who helps him run the property was very friendly, hardworking and accommodating. I am going to miss her 3 dogs, especially the black one. It has a pool and is very close to pelican's cove!

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

We had a wonderful time! The condo was in a nice location with a beautiful ocean view. The AC worked well, though we only ran it at night as the sea breeze cooled the place down when we had the windows open during the day. Kelly was responsive when we had questions about check in. We would stay here again.

Everything about this condo was perfect for my trip, loved the location. Gated community, extremely quiet and peaceful. Laundry facility on site. The host and his manager was extremely nice and easy to work with. Definitely staying here again whenever I’m in town!
