Cynthia and her team were amazing. From the moment we booked until we left, the communication was prompt and helpful. The place is Heaven on Earth! The views are amazing and very private. There are gorgeous paths on the property with exotic plants and wildlife. The hosts have everything you will need, including aloe for sunburns, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels, coolers, etc. This is probably the nicest and most well appointed rental we have stayed in. The location is quiet and only a short drive to restaurants, the market, marina, beaches and hikes. However, being at the far end of the island, everything is scaled down and there are fewer people. We found uninhabited beaches and some of the best hiking ever. If you don't like crowds, this is the place for you. Highly recommend.

Owners were super nice and easy to work with! Caretakers, Joe and Sally couldn't have been more helpful. My family would love to return to this special house!

Our stay at Stonehenge Cottage checked all the boxes - perfect location, beautiful surroundings, plenty of room for 5 adults, comfortable beds, and lots of amenities. The place is close to restaurants in Cruz Bay and there are 3 markets to pick up groceries and fresh fish for cooking at home. It is also close to the hiking trails and beaches on the south side of the island which are less populated and provide great snorkeling.

enjoyed every minute at meritage! You barely hear traffic there, just waves and nature.. spectacular views and privacy..I was on the balcony every chance I had just staring off into the distance.. so relaxing! The place was perfect for the two of us. Close enough to cruz bay for dinner etc, but far enough out that it was peaceful and relaxing. They have a bigger house right next store that I was worried would be loud, but honestly barely heard them. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit if available!

The home was perfect for our needs with a beautiful view of Buck Island. The beds were comfy and the place very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Christine and Stacie were very responsive to our questions. The home is in a great area and so easy to find. Hopefully we will be back.

A lovely week for our family vacation to St John! Fair Winds is very private, cozy, and comfortable. The VIEW IS AMAZING. We stargazed every night and felt the trade winds cool us off after an outdoor shower in paradise. The kids loved staying in the guest house while us parents stayed in the main house bedroom. Thank you, Margaret for meeting us in Coral Bay and leading us up the mountain so we knew exactly where to go!

Great get away to the lovely Fairwinds. Coral Bay is a treasure and Margaret was terrific - greeting us to lead us up the house on our arrival and very responsive to our questions. Great trip!

Lynn’s place was perfect for us as 2 couples visiting St. John. Close to everything and with beautiful views, we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was also really well-equipped which was much appreciated!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Seabreeze. Everything was as listed. View was wonderful. Enjoyed the dipping pool after a day full of activities. Appreciate that they had a backup generator on case power went out (it didn’t). The house was very clean and had all the essentials. We asked for recommendations on where to get fresh seafood and they gifted us some fresh mahi mahi they had that was wonderful! Great place overall.

Great eco-friendly glamping. We stayed in a concrete yurt that was beautiful listening to the waves all night long.

Just as described. Beautiful view. Host was very proactive with directions, recommendations and instructions. Apple Maps took us right there, but if not very precise instructions were shared ahead of time! Close enough to beaches, restaurants, the national park and shopping, but was also peaceful and secluded! WiFi was a little spotty but we weren’t there for the WiFi (again the views of the back porches!!!)

Amazing deal with a fantastic host! You take your AWD up a bumpy, adventerous road, park, walk up an incline to a set of stairs. You're immediately rewarded with an amazing view of the island. Waking up in the morning to the view is something we'll never forget. At night, the moon illuminates the island and the ocean. Coming from NYC, its something I've never experienced. You'll love the hermit crabs, lizards, and frogs. Bring bug spray! Read the signs - no toilet paper in the toilet!! Headlamps were convenient to have at night, but they are definitely not necessary. Grab some cereal at the local grocery store for easy food in the morning. Breakfast is sometimes hard to find on the island. This Airbandb is in a great location for the restaurants that are around and for beaches out east and west. Try a different way of living. You won't regret it!

St. Thomas was great but meeting Mida was my favorite part of the trip. She did more than she was suppose to do. Her personality was a true blessing during this trip. If you guys have de opportunity to book with her, don’t think it twice. After that trip I won a mom in st. Thomas.

Terry is an amazing host, very responsive and helpful! All of her recommendations are on point. Her home is very clean with everything you need. The back deck is so relaxing with amazing views! Sea Spirit was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like home. The property is minutes away from amazing beaches and hiking. If you want a quiet place off the beaten path this place is for you!

This place was perfect for me and my husband! Very cute and peaceful!

I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and always had to message the host for something missing, not working etc. this place had everything you could need. All beach needs, kitchen needs and spices and things to store food, even had pens on the table, a portable speaker, yoga stuff etc. The only thing we could have used more of was towels bc we are women who have a towel for hair and body and the beach. I would 1000% recommend this place. Don’t let needing a 4x4 scare you it’s just safety precautions so you can make it up the hill. It was very easy tho. Will be back here again

Holly and Debbie's place was perfect! It was close enough to Cruz Bay but in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the covered porch when it rained. The pool was refreshing and we loved sitting and having coffee on the deck in the morning. The cottage was cozy and comfortable inside and out very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described. We liked the location that was close to town but away from the main area. Very convenient and also nice to walk the neighborhood. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Just returned from our time in St John and had fantastic time with my husband. So much so I am reluctant to tell you all about it as I would hate for the masses to find Privateer Bay and ruin the pristine beaches and nature. St. John was great vacation and Kay’s place at Privateer feels like your own private island. Just a few feet from the pebble beach. Wonderful snorkeling right from the beach. The house is very comfortable. We had the lower unit and the deck was a great place to have morning coffee watching the sunrise. The lounge chairs on the property were a relaxing place to enjoy a happy hour drink. The upper unit looked great too! Super great communication, kitchen well stocked. Linens nice and towels super fluffy. The various fans and sea breeze helped cool. The other local beaches were great especially North Haulover and waterlemon cay. Few restaurants in Coral bay had music in evenings. Loved it all.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Bill and Emily's Lameshur Guest Cottage! We had flamingos on the pond next door every morning and beautiful weather. Bill was easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and gave good recommendations for where to go, what rental company to use, etc. The place was well stocked when we got there with paper towels, toilet paper, linens and towels, coffee (which is expensive to buy there so very nice to have!) and basic kitchen necessities. All kitchen appliances, pots/pans, silverware etc were in really good condition and made it nice to make ourselves meals when we wanted to. Bill went above and beyond to provide amenities for guests that surpassed what was shown in the listing! They had a snorkel/feet washing station, snacks and drinks available for purchase on-site, and a small vacuum for cleaning sand out of the rental Jeep before returning it. I will recommend this place to everyone and anticipate visiting again someday!

Perfect Writer’s Retreat. We booked Seaside Serenity as a 5 day writing retreat for my wife who is a novelist. The property checked all the boxes. Perched on a cliff, we always had a cooling breeze flowing through the house. The house itself was spotless, the furnishings are classic Caribbean style. You could imagine Hemingway writing here. My wife said it was her version of Hemingway’s Finca Vigia in Cuba. Theresa was very responsive before and during the stay. She was able to accommodate our early arrival. Upon arrival, she gave us a quick tour of the property, cliffs, and the beach. We loved it so much, we decided not to venture out to dinner and cooked in every meal. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Check out time is 11am but if there is not a guest coming the day of your departure, she encourages you to stay as long as you would like until you need to depart for your flight. So nice! Our only complaint was that there were disappointingly few visits from her great dog!

I loved my stay here, Tim gave great recommendations for popular beaches. We had a warm welcome and departure. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to say during my birthday trip it was truly amazing. The amenities were well stocked and we packed light so no need for us to bring beach towels which saved us on space. They were very responsive and quick with everything asked. The home being pink was the icing on the cake!
