We had an excellent welcome, Ertan's mother is a very beautiful person, she welcomed us with great kindness and she informed us very well. The accommodation is really great and very pleasant to live in. Thank you very much and if we come back to Izmir, we will come back to Ertan 😊👍

Mr. Günay was very helpful from the beginning to the end, thank you, we could not spend much time at home, but everything was as it should be, there was even more, thank you very much

Gunyol’s apartment was awesome. Just in the middle of everything. There are lots to do. Gunyol is also responsible and easy to talk. We returned my messages quickly. :) Highly recommended:)

I had my first Air BnB experience with Ms. Huri,she was very nice and caring. I felt like I was almost at home with my friend. It is also not very difficult to get along, if you want to stay, you can choose it without hesitation. :)

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Buket very much. The house was clean and quite tidy, Ms. Buket was a host with strong communication, the neighborhood residents were friendly and helpful people. The food and beverage stands set up just above made my shopping very convenient, it was a very nice experience for me, I recommend Urlay and especially Ms. Buket with peace of mind.

Mr. Özden welcomed us at home in a sincere and friendly manner on the first day and shared all the information about the house with us. There were all the tools and equipment at home. The location of the house is very nice and easy, we could go to all places in 15-20 minutes. Thanks to Özden's brain shares, we felt at home.

We, 4 girlfriends, stayed at Ms. Meltem's house. We were very pleased with both the location of the house and the amenities in the house. If we come to Urla again, we will prefer this place ✨

We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of accommodation, and he provided quick and solution-oriented answers to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone conversation, her sincere and warm voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we had a home in Çeşme that we will come back to :) Everywhere was sparkling clean and smelled like cleanliness :) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect in one word. It was a very nice and very subtle behavior of Mrs. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while sending us off. We would like to thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother, Ms. Sebiha, for everything.

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her fast and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at home for a night to escape the city crowd and rest alone. It was the same as the photos. It is so nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood while being so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The ambiance of the attic, the pleasure of the jacuzzi was wonderful. I'm thinking of renting again for the fireplace pleasure in the winter season. I really felt like I was at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

It was very peaceful, we went as a family and we were very pleased, sometimes you can run out of water in the shower for a number of reasons, but it is understandable. There are beautiful beaches around
