easy check-in. close to airport and public transportation. we enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely character filled apartment in old town, sun drenched courtyard, very quiet despite being close to beautiful narrow streets filled with charming cafes, shops etc.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

During our stay, we felt like we were at home... they were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. We had a very enjoyable holiday. If I come to Cesme again, I will choose it again. We thank Ms. Sevcan and her family very much. 💜

It was a great experience for us to stay in this beautiful house during our holiday in Çeşme. The location of the house was in a very central and safe area, very comfortable in terms of transportation and surrounding facilities. Alacati is 7 minutes away from the bazaar by car. The order and cleanliness of the house was very good; there was a small problem with the cleaning at the first entrance, but Mr. Engin solved the situation very understandingly and quickly, and even made a gesture by giving us +1 day as a gift. We would also like to thank you for this approach and hospitality. Everything we needed was available at home: air conditioning, clean sheets and towels, kitchen equipment was complete. The interior was spacious and tastefully furnished, every detail necessary for a comfortable holiday was considered. Our host was very caring, solution-oriented and respectful. I can recommend it with peace of mind to those who want to stay in this house. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Çeşme.

The location is 800 meters from the sea, there are markets on the beach and a bakery, etc. 3 km away, a quiet and peaceful house, I recommend it to everyone

We were sufficiently satisfied with our stay with 2 3-year-old children as 2 families. Everything has been thought out in detail. Especially the kitchen supplies. Only in the houses/rooms where we see this as missing from hotels and in every accommodation is not included in the houses/rooms. Yes, mosquito nets have been built everywhere in the house, but it is not possible to be able to watch it with children ☺️ at the age of 3, and if the lounge sets are changed, a warmer environment can be created in color, not missing, suggestion. A patio should be built on the part facing the pool side because it gets quite sunny during the day. And a table can be placed in the garden for food. This is what we see missing. Other than that, it was a well thought out house. We left satisfied. Definitely preferable again.

Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

Excellent host and excellent place in a very good area!

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

Super host and super nice and humble family! Do not aspect any luxury. Its a real Turkish 🇹🇷 Local home humble to the heart. It just like the pictures. I refer again do not aspect luxury. Toilet is a classic humble Turkish style. If you like real experiences don’t think twice! The views are amazing and sun set can make your day 🌞 Plenty of friendly cats 🐈 just outside the building. They might come and ask for food as I feed them for 12 days! If you don’t like cats don’t blame the host!!!

We were greeted with a very nice welcome. Everything was exceptional, a cute little Alaçatı house. The house has all the necessary tools and equipment. We recommend it to everyone. 👍🏻
