We really enjoyed staying in Emil place. Their place is very clean and lovely. She and her husband were very kind; the left us cookie and also brought us some delicious Turkish food. We also loved their restaurants recommendations. Hope to go back there someday.

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

We communicated very quickly with Mr. Mustafa and other friends. I found a positive answer to every question. I searched for flaws in the house, but I could not find the slightest defect. Mr. Özden welcomed us at home in a sincere and friendly manner on the first day and shared all the information about the house with us. There were all the tools and equipment at home. The location of the house is very nice and easy, we could go to all places in 15-20 minutes. Thanks to Özden's brain shares, we felt at home.

Every detail in the house was perfect in one word. It was a very nice and very subtle behavior of Mrs. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while sending us off. It was a great experience for us to stay in this beautiful house during our holiday in Çeşme. The location of the house was in a very central and safe area, very comfortable in terms of transportation and surrounding facilities. Alacati is 7 minutes away from the bazaar by car. The order and cleanliness of the house was very good; there was a small problem with the cleaning at the first entrance, but Mr. Engin solved the situation very understandingly and quickly, and even made a gesture by giving us +1 day as a gift. We would also like to thank you for this approach and hospitality. Everything we needed was available at home: air conditioning, clean sheets and towels, kitchen equipment was complete. The interior was spacious and tastefully furnished, every detail necessary for a comfortable holiday was considered. Our host was very caring, solution-oriented and respectful. I can recommend it with peace of mind to those who want to stay in this house. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Çeşme.

Fall right in the middle of the room and Alaçata, close to both sides, close to the grocery store, close to the bakery, Melek, there were things like liquid, oil, and dishwashing detergent, which we didn't need to think about small things. It was a nice experience in the room.

The house was clean and tidy, as seen in the photos. Everything that could be needed was available. It was a quiet, peaceful accommodation in the tangerine gardens. It was especially enjoyable to sit on the porch and barbecue in the garden. There are two beaches 10-15 minutes away by car. Mr. Semih was very helpful and friendly, thank you.

Nikos and his wife were caring, warm, and friendly. We felt as peaceful as in our home. The house was within walking distance to the center. We had the chance to stay in a beautiful and clean house with a nice view for 2 people with everything we needed. Thank you very much 😊

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

our stay at Lenia’s house was great! Perfect location in small city Nenita, where you can feel like a local, drink coffee, eat something and make shopping. In the apartment was everything we needed for a few days, kitchen was fully equipped, and we had the best sleep in very quiet bedroom 😌 Lenia was a great host, very helpful and communicative. I’m highly recommend this place!

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us as our family is nearby and we could walk for coffee and restaurants on the port. I would come back and stay here. The balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise. And the bathroom and kitchen are all updated and modern and clean.
