Holiday rentals with a patio in Urbanización Puerto de Estepona

We were met by Nicolas at the entrance and he spent time in reviewing the apartment and connecting the Wifi.He was very friendly and helpful with getting repairs of a couple of small apartment issues. He responded quickly to any of our needs. The apartment has a lovely sunny balcony for most of the day.The only issue that we had was with the garbage collection that occurred 2-3x through the night but rectified by using another bedroom. We had a wonderful time at the apartment in this beautiful quaint town. We would love to come back again.

Wir können nur allen Interessenten empfehlen, diese schöne Unterkunft zu buchen. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, viele sehr schöne Details. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Überall haben wir Rituals Produkte vorgefunden, von denen wie zuhause ebenfalls einige haben. Es hat ganz wunderbar gerochen. Die Küche war mit Extras ausgestattet, das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Vorräte und Gewürze, an denen wir uns bedienen durften. Das hat uns wirklich überrascht und sehr gefreut. Auf der kleinen Terrasse gab es zur später Mittagszeit Sonne. Fußläufig sind viele kleine Restaurants, Bars und natürlich auch der Strand zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz für das Auto in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus war für uns auch super. Betina war wirklich jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir fragen hatten. Ein sehr netter Kontakt, ein tolles Airbnb. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Andalusien kommen wir bestimmt nochmal für ein paar Tage vorbei!

Un appartement bien situé avec une vue sur la mer, toutes les commodités sont autour. L'accueil est sympa, et merci pour la bouteille de vin d'accueil nous avons énormément apprécié. Je recommande très fortement cet hôte.

Had a great stay here . Perfect location and good amenities. Only thing was the address that was on air BnB was not correct and there was confusion on which address was the correct one as it had different ones from the one on Apple Maps and the one provided . Aside from that everything else was great!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder für eine Wohnung von Kata entschieden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen geruhsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation über AirBnB bei Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage liegt an einem Strand der nicht von Liegestuhlanbietern zugepflastert ist. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Dies ist auch nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Für uns war dies ein schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnungen von Kata nur empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal an die Costa del Sol reisen werden wir uns wieder eine Wohnung von Kata aussuchen. It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

Ik dacht het zullen wel mooie foto's zijn en in het echt valt het tegen. We hebben nog nooit zon mooi appartement gehad.. schoon en de inrichting en het uitzicht, fenomenaal! We hadden meteen besloten om hier te blijven en zelf te koken en wijnen. En Ronda is een geweldig mooi stadje.

We had a fantastic stay at Tessa's villa where we spent 12 days to celebrate my mother's 80th. The villa itself is exactly like in the pictures, with lovely furniture and super comfortable. There are plenty of toys and children books which kept the kids entertained. Most of the time they wanted to play in the pool which they loved. This time of the year the water is still quite cool, especially for our toddler so we opted for the pool to be heated and that worked out really well. The villa has a beautiful sea view and the area is generally nice and quiet. You need a car, as it residential and up a hill but there is plenty of parking space infront of the villa. Due to the location we could do daytrips to e.g. Marbella and Gibraltar which are only half an hour's drive away. Tessa as a host was fantastic and super responsive when we had any questions. All in all we loved our time there and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A very well situed appartement in one of the beautiful small streets of Estepona historic center. The communication was easy and Luis sent me good tips for restaurants.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa! Die Unterkunft ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Räume sind grosszügig geschnitten, die Betten super bequem und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Lounge-Ecke und gepflegtem Garten ist einfach traumhaft, perfekt zum Relaxen oder für gesellige Abende. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, diese Villa ist ein echter Geheimtipp in Marbella! 🌴☀️

It’s hard to put the beauty of this place in to words. The view is outstanding, the peaceful surroundings add to the feeling of total seclusion. The living space is light and perfect for two, or plus children. The added touch of a home cinema really made it for us as we tend to explore in the day and hole up during the evening. And I should mention the outdoor kitchen/BBQ. I soooo want one at home. 5* probably isn’t enough. Ryan and Emelia are friendly and helpful. Miguel is brilliant and always happy to help if asked. Don’t forget to ask Miguel if you can help feed the horses and donkeys.

Great location in the heart of Estepona old town with a few minutes walk to the beach. Nicely renovated apartment that is bright with an expansive terrace. An in person orientation of the place would have been a nice added touch as opposed to reading a “manual” like information book. The apartment building does not have an elevator so you must carry your luggage up two flights of narrow steps which is fine for the able person. As advertised the place has just a washer no dryer. A clothe line or drying rack would have been beneficial as putting your clean clothes on the sun beds is not a practical solution. On a windy day they may be blown off the terrace or onto the dirty ground where they need to be washed again. A small investment of a clothing rack would make a happy guest.

We had the most wonderful experience in Marbella. Virginia’s place was spacious and lovely and very comfortable for two couples. The location was perfect!! We were a 2 minute walk from the lively area but away enough that we had quiet in our condo. We loved the old town, tons of restaurants and cafes, close to shopping and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Virginia was very responsive, gave us lots of great suggestions and recommendations and friendly! We will definitely be back in Marbella and would rent from Virginia again!

Die Unterkunft von Lola ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben nichts auszusetzen! Wir wurden sehr gut und freundlich empfangen, es wurden uns gute Hinweise und Unternehmensmöglichkeiten für die Umgebung genannt und Lola, sowie Carlos waren super hilfsbereiten sehr freundlich! Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und so, wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos beschrieben. Es hat alles, was man benötigt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! ☺️♥️

Very few airbnbs that we’ve stayed in are as clean and well considered as David’s apartment. He’s a great host, super responsive and gave us loads of recommendations. It’s really nicely furnished, has an amazing sun terrace and it’s pretty peaceful. You can walk to some bars and restaurants and even the beach if you’re feeling energetic. We had a buggy, and the stairs were tricky each time but we expected that.

First time staying in Estepona with my family, the apartment was absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the pictures. Apartment was immaculate and had everything you needed for a self catering stay. Host were lovely and very accommodating and answered any questions we had. Nothing was to much trouble. Check-in was fine. We will be booking again in the future. Thank you ☺️

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.

Stylish, quiet and comfortable property with all the modern convenances. A great place to use as a base to explore the Costa del Sol and beyond. The property is close to the beach which has a beautiful walk and cycle pathway leading to beach side Chiringuito’s and restaurants. Our personal favourite was Sonora at Los Granado’s .

Thank you Federica for hosting a fabulous short break for us in Estapona. Everything was truly perfect. A gorgeous 1 bed apartment with upstairs patio and a small balcony off the front of the apartment overlooking the street. Location great. Lovely extra touches such as a bottle of wine and snacks. Fabulous! My friend has already recommended it to one of her friends and I hope to be back one day with my husband. Many thanks again.
