The PROMENADE BEACH apartment is located on the fifth floor of an building with an elevator. Located between the port and the old case, it is cozy, bright and very sunny especially in winter. At the door of the building there is a wonderful promenade that gives you access to the beach and through which you can walk to downtown in 10 minutes.
