Holiday rentals with beach access in Urbanización Puerto de Estepona

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Spacious, modern and clean accommodation. The balcony is on a lower floor but you can still see even the sea! Everything inside the apartment was very good and well kept The garage is spacious enough even for a big SUV (as you can park on two standard sized spots). The pool was working but chilly in April - but that we knew. Yet it was pleasant so be on the sunbeds and relax- there was no wind and lots of sun at the pool area The small gym was out of service and regrettably this is a long term issue as we found out from the neighbours. But there are professional alternatives nearby The location is safe and some 25min walk to the heart of Estepona, so we would usually get a cab. There are two big supermarkets less than 5min by car from the house Also quick access to the highway to discover the surroundings Would we come back? Yes, absolutely

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It's very spacious and well-equipped and it was spotlessly clean. We particularly loved the huge terraces and amazing views! The beds were super comfy and it was so quiet at night which was great. We could also easily walk to the beaches and old town and it was a huge bonus to have such lovely swimming pools to cool off in after a long day exploring. Our boys loved the games, puzzles and loom bands too! Markus and Juan were so helpful with any questions we had and we would love to return one day in the future as it was just perfect there for everything we needed.

A Little Gem. Communication was excellent, probably the best we've experienced. Check-in was easy. The apartment is exactly like the photos. It was very clean, well presented and had everything we needed during our stay. The view from the terrace and bedroom windows of the sea, the port and at night the twinkling lights on Gibralter is just lovely. The apartment is very comfortable as is the bed and the pillows. We were left with two complimentary coffee Pods for the coffee machine and also bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. The kitchen is well equipped. All the appliances looked brand new. Again we were provided with washing up liquid and washing capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Little touches that we appreciated. There is a supermarket less than 5 mins walk away. The bus stop is just outside and the taxi rank is also a 5 minutes stroll away. There are lots of excellent restaurants and bars close by. The location of the apartment is perfect.

Helena was very easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, well located and as described on airbnb. We did not need recommendations, however the family are local and have a good knowledge of Estepona and the area if you require information.

This is a really beautiful apartment in a luxurious and exclusive complex. The pool is wonderful and the perfect temperature for those really hot days. Bedrooms were comfortable, the apartment was stylish and modern. Simona was a very nice host.

We were very happy with our trip – everything went smoothly from start to finish. The accommodation looked exactly like in the pictures: modern, clean and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was even more stunning than expected – truly breathtaking. Also Aldi is just one minute away. Nela was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only thing we weren’t aware of beforehand was that the beach nearby is a nudist beach.

What a great beautiful apartment in a prime location, right on the boulevard and within minutes walking distance of the historic center of Estepona with many nice terraces and restaurants. We were very hospitably welcomed by Wally and Ron near the apartment. Good tips for parking your car safely. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. And super clean and cozy. The central location of the apartment in the city is fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful surprise basket with delicious local products. As experienced travelers, we have never experienced this. We stayed there for 11 nights and every day was a party. It is a pity that we had to say goodbye to this special holiday address this morning. Finally: Wally and Ron, thank you for all the beautiful things that we were able to enjoy, albeit briefly and intensively. We'd love to come back to you!

Clare’s home is in a lovely location, right by the beach. Easy to reach restaurants and tourist spots. The home was spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Clare was very responsive and communicated all instructions clearly, and provided helpful local recommendations.

I stayed at Charlottes place 19 days in April 2025. This accommodation boasts one of the most ideal locations in all of the Casco Viejo! Very close to everything you want and yet quiet and peaceful. A rare combination! The bed is very comfortable and the WIFI is strong and steady. Excellent bathroom. Well fitted kitchen. I hope it's available when I return in the future.

We had an extremely relaxing stay. The townhouse was very private, quiet location yet perfect old town access. Our only issue would be the bed size being a double, not ideal when sharing with husband at 6’2 😛

A lovely, small house with amazing views over to Gibraltar and beyond. It felt like being in the real Spain.

Highly recommend this villa and Nacho was a brilliant host. Can’t fault anything about the place.

Ella’s townhouse was fabulous, light and airy and so tastefully decorated. Right in the heart of Estepona and seconds from the beach, it could not have been better situated. We had read about the noise but we hardly noticed any noise and we loved being so close to everything. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the shower was great. The roof terrace was wonderful for sunbathing and relaxing and we would stay at the house again in an instant! Ella was a great communicator. The spiral staircase was very steep and would be a challenge to some but us 2 nearly 70 year olds managed to carry our glasses of wine up to the terrace! Thank you Ella for everything x

We had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb apartment in Estepona! The view is simply spectacular, and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and warm. It was really a stroke of luck - a little paradise where we immediately felt at home. We would come back anytime! Thank you very much

The house is perfect for a family stay. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the sea pleasantly lulls us to sleep. It has everything needed for everyday life. In reality, it looks even better than in the photos; we were very pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a hammock, which allowed our baby to have wonderful naps. Additionally, the house is located next to a promenade that is ideal for evening jogging or walks with a child and a stroller. There is a well-equipped pharmacy and shops nearby. The communication with Kelly was excellent. One thing to be prepared for – during our stay in September, there were a lot of mosquitoes that kept our child awake. We used a lamp and a mosquito net over the baby's bed – it might be worth installing one permanently.

Loved our stay at Jesus’ place - it is beautifully presented and even better in person than in the pictures. Had everything we needed and appreciated the extra touches like water, crisps cans of drink etc on arrival - very thoughtful. The place is a great location - equal distance to old town and puerto banus so not too expensive by cab either way. The terrace is so gorgeous with lovely views and the pool is also lovely, clean and quiet. We will definitely be coming back.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful and peaceful complex. It has two large swimming pools, and the apartment balcony overlooks the first one. You also get a sea view—slightly limited, but still beautiful. The parking spot is the best I’ve ever had—just a few steps to the lift, and you step out right next to your door. Only a 5-minute drive to Estepona, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also not far from Ronda—just a 1 hour 30 minute drive through stunning scenery. I also really liked the apartment’s smart automation—everything was very well set up. To make an absolutely perfect stay, I would suggest adding a pod coffee machine and a toaster. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Carmen deserves to be a super-host! The apartment was spectacular. Well equipped, so you don’t have to worry about anything. The views are great, the neighbourhood calm and relaxed and just a few steps to the beach! There’s an elevator and private parking which makes things super comfortable! But the biggest plus is Carmen herself - a super lovely person, with an eye for detail and lots of recommendations who actually cares about you and your well-being! We can’t wait to return to this phenomenal place - thank you so much Carmen :) Carina & Marco

We had a fantastic time in a fantastic apartment. Richard, responded within an hour if needed. Our washing machine broke down within 3 hours a new one was placed. Thank you again for your hospitality and excellent service. I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Rob.

This is a great apartment on the beachfront with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive.
