Great apartment with access to tennis court and a large swimming pool. 2 min walk to the port with lots of bars and restaurants and the beach. Also walkable to the old town so perfect location

Spacious, modern and clean accommodation. The balcony is on a lower floor but you can still see even the sea! Everything inside the apartment was very good and well kept The garage is spacious enough even for a big SUV (as you can park on two standard sized spots). The pool was working but chilly in April - but that we knew. Yet it was pleasant so be on the sunbeds and relax- there was no wind and lots of sun at the pool area The small gym was out of service and regrettably this is a long term issue as we found out from the neighbours. But there are professional alternatives nearby The location is safe and some 25min walk to the heart of Estepona, so we would usually get a cab. There are two big supermarkets less than 5min by car from the house Also quick access to the highway to discover the surroundings Would we come back? Yes, absolutely

May 10 - 19 2025. This is an awesome couples apartment. Aitana met us shortly after our arrival and showed us around the apartment and gave us one set of keys. It appears to have been recently renovated. The kitchenette is as shown, with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, induction hob and microwave oven. A bottle of water, tea bags, coffee and sugar were provided. The living area is as shown with a comfortable sofa/futon and the tv has Spanish channels only. I tested the wifi and it never dipped below 300Mb. This is the only space that is air conditioned. The bedroom has a large bed (5ft/1.5M wide) which I found quite firm but my partner was happy with it. There is ample hanging space in the wardrobe. The bathroom is adequate. Be aware it is a very small room. The shower is a good size with a lighted shelf and good water pressure. We both thought the WC was a bit low. The vanity has a lit up mirror and plenty of storage underneath. Beach 20seconds Old town 40s Taxi rank 20s

Nice apartment great location for the beach would use again

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It's very spacious and well-equipped and it was spotlessly clean. We particularly loved the huge terraces and amazing views! The beds were super comfy and it was so quiet at night which was great. We could also easily walk to the beaches and old town and it was a huge bonus to have such lovely swimming pools to cool off in after a long day exploring. Our boys loved the games, puzzles and loom bands too! Markus and Juan were so helpful with any questions we had and we would love to return one day in the future as it was just perfect there for everything we needed.

Absolutely perfect on every level, a very smooth and stress free experience. Lovely apartment in the most idealistic setting, host was brilliant and helpful. Estepona is a must for anyone with everything you need for an amazing holiday . 😎

Appartement propre, spacieux avec une grande terrasse qui permet de profiter d’une belle vue. Place de stationnement dans un parking privé couvert. Hôte réactif, disponible, accueillant et parlant français. Piscine partagée agréable. Dommage pour le jacuzzi extérieur qui n’était pas fonctionnel lors de notre séjour.

This is a really beautiful apartment in a luxurious and exclusive complex. The pool is wonderful and the perfect temperature for those really hot days. Bedrooms were comfortable, the apartment was stylish and modern. Simona was a very nice host.

L’appartement est vraiment magnifique, très bien meublé avec une cuisine entièrement équipée Tout est de qualité.l’appartement était très propre Une vue mer très appréciée et la plage à 200m à peine. On a pu se garer au parking juste à côté mais attention il faut sortir la voiture toutes les 48h car ensuite le prix est important alors que de 1€ par jour et 2€ par nuit avant. Nous reviendrons chez Léo si nous revenons à Estepona!! Nous recommandons sans hesiter

The host is super kind, responsive and considerate. The place is exactly as it is described - great sea view, clean and tidy. The Rock of Gibraltar can be seen from the bed and garden on a clear day. It is also close to the Kai Alde bus stop that can be reached by E1/L1 bus from Estepona bus station.

Het Appartement is ruim en prachtig ingericht! Het lag op een rustige plek ongeveer 1 min lopen van het. Centrum en het strand. De parkeerplaats onder het gebouw was erg fijn! Het appartement is echt aan te bevelen!

A truly superb apartment in a fantastic complex. Jose was the ultimate host, even phoning to check if we’d prefer a wine or a beer on arrival! One of the most responsive hosts we’ve ever stayed with and nothing was too much trouble. Make sure you check out his restaurant suggestions. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Very comfortable, lovely and quiet and the area it’s situated in felt very safe. The roof terrace is fantastic and we certainly put it to good use. The bbq up there was a real bonus too. The apartment is situated in a residential area but is only a 10 minute walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants, with the beach only a couple of minutes further. Estepona is a lovely town and the beautiful streets in the old town are incredibly pretty. Couldn’t recommend Jose and his apartment enough and he will be our first port of call if we visit Estepona again.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder für eine Wohnung von Kata entschieden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen geruhsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation über AirBnB bei Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage liegt an einem Strand der nicht von Liegestuhlanbietern zugepflastert ist. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Dies ist auch nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Für uns war dies ein schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnungen von Kata nur empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal an die Costa del Sol reisen werden wir uns wieder eine Wohnung von Kata aussuchen. L’hôte nous a accueilli en personne, elle était très réactive à mes messages et questions. Gracias Raquel! L’appartement est bien placé en face de la mer/ la plage, endroit sécurisé, proche de toutes les commodités: supermarché, restaurant, café/bar, boulangerie, poissonnier etc La cuisine bien équipée est un atout pour les personnes comme moi qui aiment cuisiner de temps à autre. Nous reviendrons :)

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Fantastic stay. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and multiple restaurants and bars. Apartment itself was really nice with all the listed amenities. Was also clean and tidy with comfortable beds and furniture. The view was beautiful from the balcony and the hot tub was a wonderful extra that I made full use of. Sandra the host communicated well throughout and was always friendly. Would happily stay there again and reccomend it highly.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Lola und Juan Carlos sind super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Das AirBnb ist wirklich toll und gut ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die ganze Anlage ist schön und gepflegt, der Poolbereich ist ruhig und man hat auch noch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Würde ich wieder buchen!

Greg war sehr nett und hat alle Anweisungen verständlich geschrieben. Parken in der Tiefgarage und ein Aufzug in den 1. Stock haben uns die ersten Tage erleichtert. Grundausstattung zum kochen war vorhanden. Können die Unterkunft empfehlen!
