This cosy 52sqm apartment features a bedroom with twin beds, an open living/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed, and a separate bathroom. Ideal for 2 guests, it can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed. The living room boasts a dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV, while free wifi is available throughout. The bathroom includes a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a cooker/oven, large fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Step outside onto the large, private furnished balcony overlooking the iconic Staubbach falls and meadow, with a tranquil stream below. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.
