Holiday rentals with a patio in Unterallgäu

I've been here for the third month in a row, that actually says it all! The apartment is clean, well equipped and quiet. The hosts are as always friendly, courteous and reliable. Always happy to come back!

We had booked at short notice on Airbnb without experience because we were supposed to visit our relatives in Memmingen for Christmas. Philipp's support over the internet was excellent for us newcomers with accurate information and everything worked perfectly. Both the highway or the federal highway to Memmingen were a very good connection with about a 20-minute drive. The associated parking spot initially caused us problems because we couldn't see the number on the square at night, but with a photo of Philipp, everything was done. As needed, we were able to retreat to the very quiet apartment, relax and get breakfast from a good bakery and butcher shop as well as at EDEKA. Everything is a great solution for us. The only thing to note is that it will be difficult for people with restrictions to get to the 3rd floor without an elevator. It wasn't an issue for us. We felt right at home! It even looked better than in the photos. The bed is so soft and cozy, we haven't slept so well in a long time and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this accommodation!!!

We felt very comfortable with Daniela. Everything was very clean, it is functionally furnished and quiet. The small apartment is a perfect starting point for bike tours in the area. In the evening, it is not far to the beautiful little old town of Isny.

Very clean and stylish AirBnB in the Allgäu. Beautiful studio as a starting point for various excursion destinations in the Allgäu and Lake Constance. We were there for an extended weekend and we liked it very much. The small kitchenette has everything you need. The location is quiet, but you can drive to most excursion destinations in 30-60 minutes. The studio has everything you need. We particularly liked the large built-in cupboard as storage space and the modern furnishing style.

Very nice and extremely likeable hosts! The apartment is very nice, has a fantastic view and was very clean - I'd be happy to come back anytime.

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking spaces in front of the house were almost always available and if not, the alternative to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking spaces is not bad either. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

This Airbnb was the best I've ever stayed at. First, because Mikhail was extremely friendly in welcoming us and explaining everything about the house. Second, because everything was new, clean and cozy! I recommend it and would come back! Thank you ❤️

We were very pleased. Roland is a very attentive host and took good care of us. Many little things that increase comfort were thought of, the kitchen is well equipped with many little things, even fresh ground coffee was in the cupboard.

The address was easy to find and on site was already waiting for a friendly Ukrainian, who showed us around the house and was available for questions. Both apartments were well appointed and well suited for a weekend stay.

We loved our stay here for 4 adults and 1 child. It was a really great house with everything that we needed. Light, bright and plenty of space. Lovely little welcome gift was well received as well. Only feedback is that some parts of the house were a bit dusty and needed a wipe or rinse before use such as the bath and kitchen drawers. It didn’t bother us and didn’t take away from a fantastic stay. We would stay here again if we were over this way.

It was a very nice stay in a quiet and beautiful environment. The first impression was even better than what can be seen in the pictures and everything was sparkling clean. Surprisingly, we found the beautiful view of the mountains from the sauna. This provided extra relaxation and a highlight. Furthermore, everything you need to live and feel good was available. With a great light incidence through large windows during the day, a warm light installation for the evening and the matching decoration, a beautiful atmosphere is ensured. There is passion and love behind it. We also found the bed comfortable and were able to sleep well. The host was very friendly and communication went smoothly. All in all, a good price-performance ratio and we were very satisfied.

Great apartment in a lovely location. Everything as in the photos, apartment felt larger than indicated in the pictures. Communication and hospitality are great. We will be happy to come back.

We spent two beautiful days in Ulm. Bedroom can be completely darkened, hallway room (with bed) cannot. Kitchen super equipped! And the highlight: the great sun terrace, where we sat late afternoon until evening. Also well connected to the tram, great!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Very nice place to stay. The house is very spacious, has a lot of rooms. Comfortable beds. Possibility of parking directly next to the house. Very welcoming and communicative owners. We loved it, we plan to stay in the future.

The apartment is very nice, tastefully furnished and clean, so you feel right at home. All available, as described. From here, we were able to do a lot of things and recovered very well. My friend and I came to spend the Pentecost weekend at the Ikarus Festival. Barbara's accommodation allowed us to rest thanks to its calm in the neighborhood. The corridors are shared, but this is announced from the start. We slept well on the bed, and the bathroom is bright and rather large, which allowed us to settle in well. She was quick to respond to our questions and always very kind. We'll be happy to come back and spend some time here! Thank you very much Barbara

The apartment is spacious and comfortably equipped (including a washing machine and dishwasher). The location in the most beautiful, quiet nature invites you to go hiking or cycling. Attractions such as the royal castles Neuschwanstein and Hohen Schwangau or the Memmingen Airport can be reached in under an hour by car, as well as the Nesselwang leisure area, which offers a zipline, a summer toboggan run and ski slopes for the winter. The host is very friendly and helpful. All in all, probably the best apartment we've ever been to.
