Townhome holiday rentals in University

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

Lori’s place was as described and just what I wanted. It was well appointed, clean, and with very good internet. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic and good access to a nearby walking/running/cycling trail. Stores and restaurants are close by. It’s on a nice public golf course but just far enough away that the golfers are not a bother. The host Lori is quite responsive. Early in my stay the AC quit working on a Saturday. Somehow Lori was able to find someone to fix it on a Saturday and it was up and running by the afternoon. I really appreciated that. I will definitely stay there again.

Branden was extremely accommodating and helpful. The check-in and out process was seamless. Overall great place to stay when visiting the Tampa area!

We absolutely loved this airbnb. It was such a gorgeous space that we almost ate at home every night - after long work days it was nice to just chill and cook back at home. The house had all the amenities to make and serve meals. The beds were super comfy, great showers and laundry to be able to wash some clothes while on the road. It really was like being home. I've was traveling a lot and this was a nice respite from typical hotel room. We went to the farmers market on Sunday and did check out some local restaurants and coffee shops. Wish we had more free time to walk along the water. We'll be back next year!

The house is very clean and has everything we need. We have stayed in Kate's house two times already. I am sure we will come back again.

Great place to stay! We were there for three nights and felt very much at home. Full kitchen with everything you would need. The space was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were also well stocked with essentials you may need. Great location, very centrally located with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would stay there again when we are in that area.

Stayed with my son here for the Dino exhibit at the fairgrounds. My son really enjoyed the inside playground and swimming pool.

The bungalow was great for our extended family. We had plenty of space and the neighborhood was quiet and close to major attractions. Aaron was very communicative and instructions were clear and easy to follow

This location is cute and cozy, perfect for close friends or small family. The host is easy to communicate with and flexible in accommodating requests to make the most out of your stay. Instructions are easy to follow and consistent between app details and given small binder on site. Tons to do nearby, was an easy commute to MIDFLORIDA amphitheatre.

Beautiful condo. Super comfy beds, washer and dryer worked well, nice area to walk and enjoy the outdoors.

We were in town for family function just needed a place to sleep. Host were very responsive and helpful, would stay here again when i have to come in town to visit family.

Janet’s place was clean and quiet. the location was nice too. We enjoyed walking in the park next to the condo and biking at Flatwoods Park. Grocery store and restaurants were nearby which was super convenient. The garage is made for small cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I can not speak more highly of this listing. The house/townhouse itself is great - big, spacious, clean and nice. The location is perfect - a block from bayshore (which is great for walking) and 1/2 mile from Hyde park (places to eat and shop) while also being very accessible to all the other major areas and roads. Last - Matt and Amy were great hosts. Responsive to questions, they checked in with me proactively and are helpful when problems occurred (including one we are currently working through). I will with absolute certainty be using this listing again in the future.

Timothy’s place was spectacular! It was very clean and I felt very comfortable there with my family. The 2nd bedroom had 2 queen sized beds that were great for my 3 girls. The bathrooms and linens were spotless. The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep both nights! The decor was nice and it’s just like the pics but a little bigger than the pics suggest. I would definitely stay there again.

Chris was an amazing host from the time I booked , during our stay and when we checked out. So many near by stores and things to do. Chris had amazing and quick communication. He gave local and near by recommendations. The pool, tennis courts and park were a great addition. We flew for the first time as a big family and didn’t have to worry about much because Chris ensured we had a lot of the basic things we needed. Next time we’re in Tampa we’ll definitely stay here again!

My second booking @ Angelique’s place was over a year after the first, only because it wasn’t available for my other work trip dates. She’s invested in improvements and her place was already one of my favorites. Love the location for morning/evening walks and how close it is to downtown Safety Harbor/Main Street - lots of great restaurants and fun shops. She’s a very responsive and caring host. I’ll be checking availability of her property for future business trips! Thank you

Andrea’s place was great. Tons of amenities at the house and great A/C to keep us cool amidst the Tampa heat. The house was clean and centrally located for our trip. Andrea was available and solid with her communication.

Our stay was absolutely perfect thanks to this incredible Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything on our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, & accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Tampa. Highly recommend!

Very well keep unit. Neighborhood can be a little unsettling upon arrival but great stay without any problems.
