Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in University

My son and I had a great stay here during our trip to Tampa! The place was clean, unique, and surrounded by lots of beautiful plants in the yard — which I absolutely loved. It was easy to get to most places in the city by car, and having a private parking space was a huge plus. Just a heads-up: make sure to read the entry instructions carefully since the entrance is around the back of the main house. La Shawn was super helpful and even gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Tampa!

Nima’s place was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Nima was a fantastic host and even offered early check-in on the day of my arrival, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The space was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed! I’ll definitely be booking with Nima again. Highly recommend!

Jimmy’s place was incredible! He was super responsive and was willing to help with any of the questions my group and I had. His place looked exactly like the pictures and was really spacious. If we were to ever visit Tampa again we’ll definitely stay at his abode once again.

I loved my stay @ Erik’s place. It was exactly as described. Clean & well equipped. Great pool. I had a family member stop in during my stay with a toddler & conveniently there was a high chair..a touch I was impressed with since I didn’t book with children.I visit Tampa often and this was thus far my best stay. Thank you Erik for being a very attentive & courtesy host.

John’s place was truly a home- away-from-home. Our houses are clean and tidy, so it was nice to stay at a place that matched how the three of us live in our own homes. We stayed at a different Airbnb while visiting relatives on the eastern portion of Florida—It was a true contrast to John’s place! Would absolutely stay at John’s place again and would highly recommend it to others!

Great Space, Great Aesthetic, Great Vibe. Inside the House: 10/10 Pool Area need some love, but other than that I was able to find everything my family needed to feel like we travel with our own house. Pots, Pans, Coffee, Vinegar, Boardgames, Shampoo, Smart TVs, Hangers, Serving Plates, Cooking Oil, and Everything else you have back at home was in-stock and available at this place. From booking to arriving Juan was responsive and extremely helpful. He showed genuine care when talking about our flights and checked in on us. Our stay was very comfortable as Juan let us know if there was anything going on in the building. The place it self is gorgeous and modern in a secluded area so not much traffic. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

I would definitely stay here and recommend it to others. The private oasis in the back is wonderful, I wish I had time to enjoy it!

Felt like home

What a great find for a weekend trip! My boyfriend and I absolutely loved how clean and comfortable the guesthouse was. Would recommend staying here 100%

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

Michael’s place was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The space had a simple and elegant style that made it feel instantly relaxing and welcoming. We had more than enough room to unwind, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—easy access to major roads and walking distance to great coffee shops. Michael was an outstanding host: responsive, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to make sure our stay was seamless.

GOOD VIBES!! This condo is amazing! Waterfront, had a bar and food, spots to lay out and tan, heated pool. Chris was an amazing host, let us check in early, super clean, smelt good inside, super responsive , accommodating and helpful. Will book again in the future. thank you!!! 5 stars:)

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tampa! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Our stay at Alan's place was absolutely fantastic! Alan was incredibly responsive and helpful. The condo was perfect for our weekend golf tournament. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others!
