Ivy's place was truly a hidden gem. It exceeded the description. The back garden is unbelievable. We loved relaxing in the hammock and outdoor furniture and listening to the birds. It was so beautiful and well designed. SO MANY FLOWERS. I'd stay there again just to experience that garden. Another thing not mentioned is that one of the beds has an adjustable frame. Very much appreciated! And the couch was a recliner. We were always able to park right in front of the house. It's close to 40th Street, with tons of restaurants and the Acme. The street was well lit. It was close to the subway, which was convenient. Go Phillies!

The communication was great. Annie always responded quickly. Convenient location to river walk. amenities and U Penn campus. Walls were thin and bed a bit hard but that didn’t bother me too much. Overall I’d go back for another short stay!
