Truly outstanding. Beautiful location, clean and private. Agree with other reviews that a 4*4 is required, but having a security guard escort for the first time made it easy. Can't recommend enough. Julien was great to communicate with. Perfect for our family of 5 ( including 3 teenagers)

I had such a fun stay and an amazing experience in a really unique spot! It's super convenient, with stores and restaurants only 10-15 minutes away. I would definitely love to come back again!

This property is a beautiful piece of Belize. Just far enough away from town for the peaceful jungle surroundings, but a quick drive to access all that San Ignacio has to offer. We were busy with our planned excursions so didn’t take full advantage of the beautiful property pool/restaurant. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/utensils for our needs and the accommodations were very comfortable including AC units in each bedroom. The hammocks and dining table on the covered deck are peaceful with beautiful views of the surrounding area. A wonderful property, I can’t say enough.

We LOVED our stay at Kane Villas! As a budding birder, I was especially excited by all of the new-to-me species of birds that surrounded us. The trails around the property were runnable and easy to follow (thank you for providing the marking tape so we didn't get lost). The property was exactly as described and breathtaking in its beauty. Definitely bring your bug repellent here and use it often. We enjoyed playing card games & Scrabble out on the screened in porch, which was my favorite place to sit when the rains came at night. The property description states there is no cell service, but we usually had a bar or two. The internet at the villa was not the best and Katherine was very responsive when I mentioned something to her the morning that we checked out. I wish I had messaged her when struggling with it earlier in our stay (I had to do some remote work) because she said it's usually very good and probably just needed re-setting. If we come back to the area, we'll stay here again!

We could not have asked for a more perfect way to celebrate my 40th birthday party. From the moment we arrived we were stunned by the house and thrilled with the warm welcome that we received Elias and the team. The house is exactly as pictured possibly even better. Everything was thought through even down to the most minor detail. Each bedroom was comfortable, with great beds and wonderful amenities. Every single meal that Elias cooked delicious, and way beyond what we had even expected and he and the team thought of everything before we even needed to ask. The recommendation to use Carlos and blue Morpho tours was an excellent one. We had the most adventurous day in the caves and the ruins. Another great recommendation was Elisa and her massages, she came to the house and we enjoyed poolside massages on our last day. The pool and the grounds are beautiful and the landscaping was jaw dropping. A huge thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome and taking such good care of us.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Alma's place—it's absolutely beautiful! Dave and Hadas are very proactive in their communication. They always respond promptly and check in to ensure we have everything we need. Alma's place is conveniently located near a supermarket, restaurants, and jungle activities.

This home tucked into the jungles of Belize made for the most memorable stay our family has ever had on vacation! From waking up to Toucans and the ever-present humming birds, to the stillness of the infinity pool looking out to the river, this home had everything. It's both private and accessible, tucked into the jungle - but just a 6-minute drive to San Ignacio. The interior is sparkling clean, featuring fresh linens, a spotless kitchen, and crisp air conditioning in every room. We noticed that even being in the heart of the jungle on top of a river, there wasn't an issue with bugs, and everything worked great! The local team is fantastic - super responsive, friendly, and have great recommendations from local restaurants, to booking us the best massages of our lives right on the back porch at sunset. We highly recommend this place for families looking to unplug or couples looking to unwind. Excellent work Alma and team!
