Holiday rentals with a patio in Unicoi County

I rented this apartment for my daughter and grandson who were visiting for a baseball tournament the place was clean my daughter said she felt safe and enjoyed there time at fox den. Will definitely stay here again. Christy was a great host and very attentive thanks for having a great safe clean space for them to enjoy this past weekend

This lovely place is a gem! We have stayed at many Airbnbs and Deborah's please stands out for how responsive she was as a host while completely respecting our privacy, how beautiful and spacious the place was, and how spotlessly clean and inviting they made it. We enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen, which had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom felt like a luxury hotel. I really can't say enough great things about the place, they have put a lot of thought and care into making it a great experience. And it's only 20 minutes to Asheville! Highly recommended!

Beautiful and peaceful place to relax and get away from everything but close to Asheville and other areas I wanted to visit. Very well put together and thought out. I enjoyed the swing on the back porch in the mornings. The spa like bathroom is also very relaxing. For this trip, I was on my own and appreciated that there was a secluded feeling but the owners were above and available if needed. Everything I needed for a peaceful get away was provided. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This is a great home! The space was tastefully decorated, very clean, and has lots of windows with natural light. It is located on the second floor of the building with lovely old wooden steps and floors. Located in a very walkable neighborhood and close to many great restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a small table with two chairs. There was plenty of hot water with plush towels and plenty of them. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Roy communicated clearly at all steps of the process. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved it! It’s nestled about 15 minutes away from downtown. Good size for the price. The only odd thing was there was cookware but nothing to cook on. Will stay here again if we visit again.

Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The apartment is stunning, comfortable, close to all the downtown shops and not one single detail was forgotten. Everything was over and above even to the extent that there are little lights in the doggie rooms. I love it! I will definitely stay here again next time Im in the area.

High quality, 100% cotton linens which are hard to find. I’ve grown accustomed to carry my own when I travel now and I didn’t have to change the sheets upon arrival! Cosy and lovely location. We didn’t walk to DT Burnsville because it was so cold, but lots of locals walking dogs etc. I’m in love with Burnsville NC and will be returning regularly. This place feels like home.

We had a great time staying here. The house was clean, open and inviting. The views from the large balcony was very enjoyable. The owners were super responsive with any questions I had. Big bonus - no laundry list of things you need to do when you leave and the house was stocked with all of the basic amenities. I highly recommend this place.

This home was absolutely perfect. We chose it based off knowing we were going to Hatley Pointe to ski, and the neighborhood and location of resort and home were just perfect. The home was pristinely clean and every linen (bed and throws) were freshly cleaned. It was chilly and we used the throw blankets and extra ln the bed and they were all fresh and clean. 10/10 would stay here again and even bring another couple (only had two of us). Plenty of room for another couple. Location amazing, hosts amazing, amenities amazing!

If you’re coming to Johnson city, there’s only one place to stay! This was by far our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed in. From the peaceful grounds on their beautiful property to the kind and welcoming nature of the owners, they’ve truly exceeded our expectations. When it comes to the cabin, it was spotless clean & everything looked brand new. Phyllis had thought of everything; If I needed it, it was there. They even provided fun snacks & bubbles for our boys. Our boys had their 1st fishing experience there & it is a trip they will never forget. So many great memories were made for us on their incredible property. Our son really enjoyed the loft & there is plenty of space in it for multiple kids! Their dogs, Pogo&Coal are really friendly and our boys enjoyed playing fetch with them. We came to TN for a wedding &, because of Marcas & Phyllis, we left with so much more! :) Our only complaint is that we didn’t have more time to spend with the owners & we plan to come back again in a yr or 2!

What a gorgeous condo! Tina was kind, helpful, and responsive. The condo was beautifully furnished, spotless, quiet, peaceful. Each night we’d listen to the spring peepers while we watched the sunset from the patio or living room windows—both of which had incredibly amazing views of the mountains. We appreciated as well that this was relatively convenient for a multitude of hikes in the area.

Renee's place was a gorgeous haven in Johnson City during our time at the National Storytelling Festival--the home away from home, with a stunning lake, exactly what we needed. Everything was exactly as advertised, only a 20 minute winding drive from Jonesborough, but you never wanted to leave when you saw the sun meet the horizon and reflect across that glassy water. Thanks so much, Renee, we had such a wonderful time revisiting Appalachia.

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

This condo is nestled in a beautiful location, surrounded by a cool breeze from the trees, and a gorgeous peek at the mountains through the trees. The condo is well equipped, spacious, and cozy. The beds are firm for those who like a firm mattress. The deck is relaxing and inviting, and the nearby walking areas are peaceful, but mountainous for our love for exercise. Parking is great, and Burnsville has a lot to offer.

Exceeded my expectations. My partner and I had an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay in the mountains. I will be recommending this Airbnb to all who ask about my trip. Much better value than any hotel.

Lovely well-equipped condo in a beautiful area of the North Carolina mountains. The three levels were perfect for the four adults and two children in our party. Very quiet and peaceful with great scenery.

Our stay at Stephanie’s place, Bear’s Den, was wonderful!! It was beautiful, very clean, and so peaceful. Being in a gated community gave us that extra sense of security. Stephanie was a great host and there were many nice extras. A lint roller, walking sticks, and a picnic basket to name a few. The bed was comfortable and we felt at home in the cozy space. Extra blankets, an easy to use fireplace, and provided coffee were so nice on the chilly mornings. We enjoyed the views of the sunrise and the colors of the evening skies during our stay. It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. We would definitely stay here again.
