Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, die Fähre nach Lissabon ist fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Restaurants und Cafés in Seixal. Außerdem ist auch eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles, was man braucht, und noch viel mehr. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Badezimmer sind schön, sauber und modern. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind toll, die Matratzen sind bequem. Abends kann man gut auf dem Balkon sitzen und bis aufs Wasser schauen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!

Antonio was a great host and his place was quaint, comfortable, and in a really nice location, right next to the supermarket. Day trips over the bridge to downtown Lisbon were easy and everything was really accessible. The kitchen had everything you need and António even went out of the way to get us a fan because the AC is only in the front room. Thanks, Antonio!

L’appartement est propre et dispose de toutes les commodités modernes pour un séjour agréable . Il y’a pleins bons restaurant autour comme Ottcchii et autres … Il ya pleins de boutiques bon marché autour , de café et la plage qui n’est pas loin . Monsieur Joâo est un Hôte disponible, agréable et qui fait tout pour que ses invités se sentent à l’aise . J’ai adoré le séjour !!!

Hemos estado un mes y nos hemos sentido como en casa. El recibimiento de Americo y Ana fue excelente, nos dejaron unas viandas que son de agradecer, además nos llevaron con su coche a dar una vuelta por la zona para enseñarnos a llegar a la playa, supermercados, etc. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Destacar la cercanía a las maravillosas playas de Costa Caparica, y a Lisboa.

Raul was a great host. He was quick to respond to any needs, he also have a list of recommendations (food, sights, etc) which was very helpful. My brother arrived a day earlier and was able to smoothly communicate with Raul to check in. We also ordered packages and Raul graciously gave us an address we could send them to and he personally delivered them to the Airbnb. The location was peaceful and safe. Market on the first floor was a huge convenience. We were able to buy water and other essentials for the stay. The Airbnb itself was clean and stocked with the basics. The kitchen was stocked with numerous seasonings. There is also parking in an underground garage, be aware it is a little steep and get a little tricky but go slow and you will be fine. we did have an SUV so maybe a smaller car would make it a little easier. Uber and Bolt were easy to use and a reasonable price. If I am in Lisbon again, I would definitely stay here. Raul thank you for your hospitality!

This is truly an amazing place, and Iza was so friendly, helpful and responsive. I couldn’t recommend it more and we hope to return someday! Guests should be prepared for a short but steep walk to get to the apartment from the ferry which takes you to Lisbon. The apartment was sparkling clean, had everything we needed and wasn’t cluttered with things we didn’t. The kitchen was well appointed, even had spices we needed to cook, and Iza was kind enough to have some snacks waiting for us. She also accommodated us checking in early because our flight arrived in the morning, and offered us great recommendations during our stay. We couldn’t ask for more; truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had.

Um apartamento acolhedor e moderno com uma varanda muito boa que vale a pena ver o pôr de sol e a praia. Localizado num zona movimentada e com diversas escolhas para comer e beber.

Great place to stay when visiting Lisbon…the ferry is a 10 minute walk away with a nice small beach right next to it…the ferry drops you of where all busses ,tram and metro or train lines meet…the apartment is well stocked one of the best we have been in…it is on the third floor without elevator but does have nice wide staircase…the outside patio is real big and offers nice summer breeze …bed is super firm but was ok for us…parking is secure and a bonus…good for smaller cars as it is tight to get in the door…a grocery store five minute walk and a small store right across the street which was nice…it was good to have more than 4of each kitchen utensils and lots of plates and bowls so we could load up dishwasher if needed…there was AC but both units were noisy and could not use at night ….owner was notified and stated he was unaware and would fix…overall would recommend and use again….

We had a great stay in Lisbon! The apartment is located in a lovely neighbourhood, very central, but on a quiet street, which we really appreciated. Rui gave us such a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful, even carrying our luggage up the stairs. The apartment itself was very nice and had most of the essentials we needed. The only small things we missed were some olive oil for cooking and a larger hair dryer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lisbon at this AirBnB. The view from here is everything, and worth the climb up the stairs! The apartment was pristine and spacious with everything we needed, and the location was just perfect for walking to the nearby garden where a relative was getting married as well as walking to restaurants and shops.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Man hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf Lissabon und einen Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Die Einrichtung und das Möbliar ist einfach gehalten, also kein luxuriöser Schnick-Schnack, welchen wir sowieso nicht mögen. Joao ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und gibt auch Tipps für Aktivitäten rund um Lissabon. Wir kommen gerne wieder in das schöne kleine Seixal

I don’t usually write reviews but I definitely feel this stay and Host should be an exception. I can’t say enough good things about Maria. She was informative, responsive, and thought about all the little things to make our stay seamless. She had a recommendation for all of our needs: from a late night printing location to homemade vegetable soup to a local pharmacy. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and to be honest we have never had a better host. As far as the stay, the apartment is pristine. The place felt like we were in a movie scene from the 19th century but with all of today’s luxuries. Very well thought out layout and setup. It is a 5th floor walk up but we embraced it as all a part of the experience. We left the windows open as much as we could as a nice breeze fills the unit. It feels amazing. The AC also works well and we used it at night when we preferred to keep the windows closed. The area is a short walk to so many restaurants and shopping. Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

Wir waren das dritte Mal in der Wohnung von Ricardo. Er hat die Wohnung dieses Jahr komplett renoviert und eine niegelnagelneue Küche eingebaut und neuen Boden verlegt auch die Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind neu. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Im Whirlpool kann man am Abend wunderschön entspannen. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen für Besichtigungen in der Stadt. Nebenan ist der Lidl Supermarkt und im selben Gebäude ein Auchan in dem man sich perfekt selbst versorgen kann und auf der vorhandenen Dachterrasse grillen kann. Ein großes Plus und äußerst selten ist die Tiefgarage mit einem Stellplatz für das Auto für die Ausflüge. Außen Stellplätze gibt es in Lissabon nämlich keine und deswegen ist ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Perfekt.

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

Staying at Ana and Jorge’s place in Lisbon may be the best AirBnB experience I’ve had. They are super responsive and make sure you got in and settled. The listing is also very convenient to buses and metro, and doesn’t take a long time from the airport either. An ALDI and Auchan are nearby and the street is quiet at night. The listing was clean, comfortable, and was large enough that we felt we had enough personal space while we were there. But what really sets Ana and Jorge apart is how much they care. We were greeted with homemade food made by Ana and Jorge, left for us for when we arrived and they brought us something else to try later in our stay. It was all delicious and really shows how much they enjoy hosting guests. I highly recommend Ana and Jorge as hosts and this listing is perfect for a trip to Lisbon.
