A great location in the countryside 45 minutes from Porto and 2 hours from Pinhão. Beautiful scenery , hiking around. Home is on a hill with amazing views of the Douro River. Beautiful outdoor space with outdoor kitchen and a small pool. Excellent for family vacation.

Perfect home for a few days of rest with friends or family! Spacious, well cared for and with lots of green spaces. Access to the house is simple and the property is not far from downtown Braga, which facilitates tours and access to supermarkets and other services.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the stocked kitchen. The space was even more beautiful than the photos, and the atmosphere was peaceful, warm, and inviting. Rui is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Communication was clear and prompt. The location was also perfect, quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful place with an amazing host!

During my stay, I felt at home! André and Carmo were super nice to me. I've never felt so welcome, it felt like I was part of the family. The house is beautiful and very well restored, it has all the utensils and more than I'm used to. The pool is a delight, and the dogs are super friendly. I left the house with a smile on my face and at the same time sad to leave it. It has an incredible selection of wines and a curation of decoration and crafts worthy of a Portuguese house long lost to its customs. That's why I was so amazed to have found this space. I'd love to come back!

The view from the balcony on the 8th floor with sea views is beautiful. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the historic old town with lovely shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the train station with an excellent train service to Porto. The apartment appears exactly as in the photos, nicely furnished with modern tasteful decor, very clean bathroom with an excellent shower and the contemporary kitchen has everything you need. Nice modern glazed soundproof windows and doors with shutters which made it very quiet at night. We had an enjoyable stay for the week and hope to come again to the area. The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

Very good welcome by Antonio as well as by his mother, very attentive, ready to do a service and speaking, among other things, very good French. Very nice welcome breakfast and coffee, good location compared to the different places to visit. Product as advertised with good value for the money.

The apartment is in a peaceful area close to the beach in Arvore. It is in a great location for hikes along the coast, exploring the local area, visiting Porto and exploring the Douro Valley. A car is a must for this. The apartment is clean and tidy with great facilities and a beautiful sun terrace.

We received a very warm welcome from Bartolo. Interesting, old apartment, part of a much larger farmhouse building. Antique furnishings and high ceilings give this Airbnb a very quaint feel, like going back in time. Plenty of blankets and hot water bottles for the unseasonable chilly nights on our arrival. We loved the ambience, the creative renovations which were being carried out whilst we were there, didn’t hinder our stay in any way. Beautiful views, animals in the grounds, wonderful kind people, made our trip very special. We took the train into glorious old Porto from Mindelo, leaving our hire car nearby. Do walk along the boardwalk in the nature reserve on the coast nearby. Characterful old villages and towns nearby for coffees and meals out. The Romantico drive along the Douro is a must, choose a dry day for the glorious views. We toured the old city and loved both sides of the river. Lots of musicians play there, it was a pleasure to lunch, listen and relax.

This property is hosted by a wonderful family who truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great stay. Their hospitality made all the difference. I’ll definitely be returning—hopefully sooner rather than later! Highly recommend both the property and the host family.

Really wonderful cabin with a stunning view! Enjoyed marvelous sunsets in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend renting a car to be able to explore neighboring cities as well.
