Wir vermieten ein Einzelzimmer im Obergeschoß unseres Hauses in Biberach, vom Zentrum/Bahnhof ca 20 min zu Fuß entfernt, etwa 5 min mit dem Auto/Bus. Zusätzlich zum Zimmer kann eine geräumige Wohnküche und ein Bad mit genutzt werden.

Gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung in Fischbach bei Ummendorf Liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Die Wohnung teilmöbliert. Es ist alles vorhanden, um dort gemütlich für einige Zeit zu wohnen. Der Eingangsbereich, die Küche und das Bad sind gefließt. Der Rest der Wohnung verfügt über einen Teppichboden. Das Zimmer hat 11,3 qm. Der Wohnbereich mit Küche 44 qm.

The apartment is in good condition and clean. In addition, other furniture, such as a sideboard for the large TV (with Netflix, Amazon, etc.), but also a toaster, a coffee machine with associated pads and a kettle have been added. Extra water bottles or dental floss were also available free of charge. I was very satisfied and felt that I was in good hands with Katrin.”
Moderne gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Einliegerwohnung in Warthausen mit eigener Terrasse in toller Lage. Es erwartet dich eine neu eingerichtete 50 m² große Wohnung mit Küche, Essplatz, Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa, Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Es gibt einen Flur mit Kleiderschrank und ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne haben wir mit einer netten Sitzgruppe und einem tollen Strandkorb neu möbliert. Wir sind uns sicher, dass du dich hier wohlfühlen wirst.

From there you can get to the city center in about 5 minutes by car with enough shopping opportunities. The apartment is cozy and modern, very clean and has sufficient WiFi reception. Claudia and her family are very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and welcome. I would definitely recommend this apartment and book it again as soon as possible.”
