The ground level has a half bath, a fully fitted kitchen, dining area for 6 and a spacious living area with, TV, stereo and fireplace. Outside is a generous terrace with exquisite views of the Umbrian countryside where you can dine, sun bathe and lounge at your leisure. Two tastefully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs (one with a Jacuzzi bath).
