Guest house holiday rentals in Umbria

This was my favorite part of my trip to Italy. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The beauty of this estate villa was amazing! The hosts felt like old friends right away. I feel so lucky to have the memories of my time here. I know exactly why other guests return year after year!!

The apartment was in an excellent location in a great part of Perugia. It was well-appointed, clean and good value. Check in was straightforward. Recommended

The highlight of this is property is that it has an extremely large swimming pool with a diving board. I have seen many hotels with worse pools. It's also very spacious with a couple of calm wooded areas. The property itself is great with 2 bathrooms and efficient air conditioning. It all feels relatively new and modern. The location is great if you want to be near Orvieto, but not in it (you will need a car). Orvieto is about a 10-15 minute drive. However, there is a charming small town (Porano) and various restaurants close by (some of the restaurants have stunning views over Orvieto). There is also an archeological site and park near that you could potentially walk to, though we spent our time mostly in Orvieto and by the pool. The hosts do live on site in a separate property, but the pool and house are completely separate and it feels private given the distance. The host has clearly put a lot of effort into the property. Once again, really amazing pool.

Paradise 💎 Francesca‘s place is just perfect for a relaxed holiday under the Italien sun! Francesca is a very kind, generous and helpful hostess. She welcomed us into her home way before checkin time and showed us all around her place. She made sure that we felt welcome. During our stay she assisted us with any help we needed. Grazie mille cara Francesca! We spent a lot of time at the pool, enjoyed the gym and tree house and held our regular billiard tournaments. The accommodation is very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished -we didn’t miss a thing! We can recommend staying with Francesca wholeheartedly and cannot wait to come back! ♥️

è la seconda volta che soggiorno qui insieme al mio fidanzato e due cagnolini. La casa è molto ben organizzata, è presente una piccola area esterna con prato, condizionatore, TV e cucina attrezzata. A 100 metri dall'ingresso, c'è un panificio attivo anche la domenica mattina, molto comodo per prendere il necessario per una prima colazione. Torneremo !

Very nice apartment with a stylish interior and new furniture. What is nice, very clean! Convenient location of the apartment, in the very center of the city, but at the same time on a quiet street. Separate entrance. There are all the amenities for a long stay: a kitchen, a washing machine. I loved it)

A very peaceful retreat in a beautiful garden with lots of private places to sit or eat and an extended view over the valley towards Arezzo and mountains beyond. Caroline was helpful but did not intrude. The cottage has an authentic Tuscan style and furniture to match and although quite dark there are big windows looking out onto the garden and view. We enjoyed using the private pool and exploring the local area as well as a National Park to the north (lovely beech forest) and Siena. The TV isn’t ‘smart’ and there is no dishwasher but this is reflected in the price (however there’s a large book collection including lots of guidebooks). It was a very relaxing stay for us, thank you.

Just what our family wanted! Quiet and peaceful with privacy for our group. Valerie was so helpful and gave us some great local places to try. Hope to be back soon!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'endroit n'est pas dans le centre ville, mais à seulement quelques minutes en voiture: aux pieds de la colline d'Assise, on voit la Basilique. La chambre est très propre et confortable. Nous recommandons sans aucun doute.

Siamo stati ospiti di Nicole e Marcel per 3 notti e 4 giorni, ma ci è sembrata una settimana da quanto ci siamo rilassati. Il posto è perfetto per chi cerca silenzio, tranquillità e bellissimi paesaggi. Nicole e Marcel sono stati degli ospiti amichevoli, disponibili e molto gentili. Molto discreti, ma pronti a darci consigli su cosa fare e cosa vedere. La camera e il bagno erano semplici, ma molto puliti e accoglienti. Noi siamo stati lì anche con la nostra cagnolina, che si è divertita tantissimo ed è nato un amore estivo con il loro cane Sam che abbiamo adorato! Speriamo di poterci tornare

Perfectly situated in a vibrant part of the historic town, yet not overcrowded. Host is very friendly and available. Apartment is spacious and complete. Would definitely come back!

Host molto disponibile e reattiva, prontamente e con velocità ha risolto un problema in cui eravamo incappati trovando una soluzione comoda e veloce per noi ospiti. Ottima comunicazione, Stina è una persona gentilissima e cortese e con un'ottima capacità di problem solving. Il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso perché lontano da grandi strade. Grazie ancora!
