Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ulu Tiram

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

whatever you see is whatever you get and that's absolutely worth it. the place is huge for a my group of 4. we were there for only one night with a VERY HOT weather. the aircond works fine but took long to cook the living areas. other than that, would love to return. host was very responsive which is greatly appreciated 👍

A perfect place for our first ever PongKang Sportsfest. The place had the amenities as described- basketball, badminton, billiards, football table, darts, and many more other small games. It’s a new place. Lights all over the house and garden. Michelle and Alex are one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They’re very responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back to this place soon. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

Spacious, comfortable and clean homestay

The house location was quiet near to the town centre. Mr Riffqy allowed me to early check in & late check out which made us very convenient for short trip. This is a corner house and very quiet place. Parking car inside the compound and monitored by CC TV camera made us worry less. Hope to go back again for our next trip .

like this unit with nice cooling balconey facing the pool. everything was clean and neat. appreciate the glass partition in the toilet to prevent water splashing everywhere.

Jia En's place was easy to find and there's many nice food around which is within walking distance. My kids enjoy the stay so much. Will be back again if in going austin area.

Peace and quiet place.

Beautiful place as described. a lot of thoughts put into the place as Def provided whatever that you may need on top of what u usually get from an airbnb, we were surprised by the charging cables, single use towels that was very good for my kids when they went for their swim. there was even sanitary pads, pantyliners for ladies., as well as sewing kit! We felt right at gone. Last but mot least, Def was super prompt in his replies. When I asked him if there's a wine opener at home. he said no & immediately offer to deliver one to me. Truly nice touch!

Pleasant stay! It’s a short drive away from the eateries at austin which is quite convenient! Place is clean and beds are comfy!

Not many loft style apartments in the city, but if you’re looking for one, this is probably it. Decked out with entertainment you need such as a large TV in the living room, fast network and a reasonably sized TV in the bedroom.

This is my second time dealing with Gdragon Service..The house really match my expectation..I really love that the pool just nearby the house..my kids love it so much that they want to come again..Definitely we will come again..

This place is really close to legoland! Room and bathroom was generally well kept and clean, Jessie was really kind to accommodate my request on the type of baby cot as my baby prefers sleeping in mesh type of playpen. Many toys in the accommodation kept my toddler and baby well occupied. Carpark can be confusing due to sharp turns but host provided very clear instructions so it was not too hard in the end. Will stay again in future!

Love the unit. Comfortable and spacious. Good view of the neighborhood. Within stones throw to southkey mid valley mall. Food, entertainment, shopping all taken care of there! Enjoyed the swim at the pool too. About half the length of an Olympic sized pool. Will try to book again if my wife and I are in town!

Very helpful host. And clear directions on how to check in, how to get into the complex. Photos were exactly how the place looks like and it’s very relaxing and comfortable to stay in.

As per advertised. Host proactively shares places of interests and local recommendations. The apartment is cosy with added stuff to make it more homely. Toys, Legos, Story books, toilet seat for kids, stool, water dispenser, and a sufficiently equipped kitchen indeed made our stay more fulfilling. Thank you Nook Homes :). We booked this place really last minute and we’re glad that Sylvia could accommodate. The communication was very clear with step by step guide on how to check in and get to the place. Once we reach the apartment, we were blown away by how cosy and clean the apartment was. it was really cosy that we felt just like home. Everything was clean and even though it was like a studio apartment, it had more than enough space for 4 pax. We had only 2 pax and the space felt really comfortable. Overall good experience, Sylvia is also very responsive and makes you feel safe and assured. If you’re driving, the location is accessible to a lot of places. If i had to list a cons, the only cons would be that the toilet window is at the corridor, however that is not an issue as you can always just close it. And the place is really safe and secure that residents would probably not bother. Do give this place a shot, i will highly recommend.
