Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to the Stuttgart trade fair/airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Right on the A 8 with its own garage. If you want to go shopping, you will find all the shops, grocery store, organic shop, bank, pharmacy and drugstore within walking distance. Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.
