This spacious outdoor house with private entrance is located behind our house (on the other side of our rich garden). ♡ Living room with gas fireplace, cinema, kitchen with fridge/ combi oven/ kettle/ hob, bathroom with rain shower, a loft with double bed ♡ Spacious terrace with umbrella, garden furniture and a barbecue ♡ Sauna and hot tub for a surcharge (45€) ♡ 15 minutes walk to The Hague Market (restaurants and shops) 10 minutes by car/ 15 minute bike ride to the center of Breda city center.

Staying on the waterfront

Relax by the water, enjoy the surroundings and the swimming pool (summer months) of the adjacent campsite. The chalet provides one bedroom with double bed (sheets provided) + a chair in the living room that can possibly be pulled out to a double sleeping place (bring sheets). The cottage provides a fully furnished kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The garden is totally enclosed, your four-legged friend is welcome. You will be staying in a very homely atmosphere!

This place is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Baarle Nassau. The Nodwoning name refers to the Second World War. The house was built as a temporary emergency stay because the then farm had burned down. Since 2018, De Nodwon has been completely renewed until what it is now.
