Holiday rentals with a patio in Ulba

Edith's stay met us well, the apartment is very spacious. It is located in a busy area but you won't get any of this inside. Despite we don't speak much Spanish, we were able to communicate well with Edith because of her quiet speech and explanation. Definitely recommended.

Everything is excellent, a family apartment close to everything, warm with everything you need and more. El parqueadero seguro. But the best the attention!! Our big thanks to Johanna for being vigilant and helping the whole family. Sure, we'll be back. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful place. We really felt right at home

The place is in a dead end, quite difficult to find at the address. The host is an artist, the paintings in the property are painted by him. In the photo, the picture didn't match what we saw, so at first I thought I was wrong. But immediately the owner arrived, his studio is nearby, and explained everything. The location is beautiful, quiet and close to everything, a hundred need, a very prestigious quarter, everything inside was quite cozy. The fan in the bathroom worked loudly, I slipped a piece of paper and fixed it.

great place, close to baños you can either walk or take a cab to it, the room was clean and the garden was 😎, we had an early check in with no issues and we're able to experiment tons of thing In baños

We wish we could stay at least few more days at Anna and Konstantin's place! The photos looked good, but once you see the view from the balcony with your own eyes you just remain speechless... The apartment that we stayed at was simply incredible. I rarely pay attention to the details, but every single thing was really well thought through. The location is really good. Close to everything in Banos, yet well separated from the chaos. Anna, Konstantin and their children are extremely kind and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

Excellent place, 100% recommended, very close to everything to transit the city on foot, and far enough away from the night noise to be able to rest. Andrea is attentive at all times until you arrive and the people they care for are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a perfect place to stay in Baños.

The city of Baños and María Augusta's apartments are the perfect combination. The hostess is always attentive to what is needed , it gives you the freedom to be in her apartment with your pet , the truth would come back to bathrooms and although there are many options, she will not change Maria augusta's stay for anything from the world , security , trust and good communication and above all human . 1000/1000 I think it's very economical for everything it offers.

A very nice and clean place, although it was close to nightclubs, the noise was not annoying at night. I was close to places to eat and compare things, the place was close to everything. Very welcoming. María José was also attentive to messages and very kind.
