Hello! It is a house with very convenient transportation right in front of Pyeongchon Station. It is right in front of Pyeongchon Station E-Mart and Arte Chapel Convention Wedding Hall, and is a 2-3 minute walk from Pyeongchon Station Rodeo Street. The house is located on a high floor and faces the south, so it's very sunny, and the view is also very nice. It is 22 pyeong, and the bedroom and living room are separated, making it convenient to live. In addition, up to 6 people can sleep comfortably using the additional futon. There's a convenience store in the building, a bus stop right in front of the building, and you can use the parking lot. There are e-mart and nonghyup hanaro marts nearby, so it's also a great place to buy groceries. By default, there is a queen-sized bed, and we offer a folding mattress and duvet set when additional guests book. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me :) Please let us know before your reservation if you are filming such as commercial photo shoots, shopping mall photo shoots, and more. Part of the old building has been remodeled, and all the solid wood furniture in the accommodation was made by my husband, who runs a wood workshop. Originally, it was a furniture showroom and a private space for our family's villa, and it was opened as a lodging so that many people could experience it. Due to the small nature of the space, we only accommodate a limited number of people. Both the master bedroom and living room are windows facing southwest, so it's pretty when the sunny afternoon sun comes in, but it's a neutro-emotional accommodation with a high humid and dim atmosphere on a rainy day. I liked this European-style interior, so I used to look for cafes, but I found it as an accommodation and liked it so much that I came. The photo you uploaded was so perfect that I thought it would be the same in real life, but it was the same as the photo. ^^ I felt that each and every accessory was put in, and it was clean and well maintained. Not only are they visible, but they are also very good products. The cabinet below is equipped with tableware and pots, and there are wine glasses of all kinds. The host was so kind and prepared a meat cutting board, so I enjoyed the rooftop meat party. The rooftop garden is beautiful, so you can eat while enjoying the view. The convenience store is also right next to the building, so it's convenient. I definitely recommend this accommodation to those who like to take pictures. I also want to come again if I have the chance!

The accommodation was really nice. I had to book a room for several people because the schedule was urgent, but there was a queen-sized bed and cozy bedding that could accommodate two adult men. Above all, when you first enter the house, a good scent welcomes you.🍀 In particular, there was a disposable toothbrush, so the people who didn't bring one loved it. Thank you. The host’s quick response played a big role in our decision to make a last-minute reservation. Thanks to the fast communication and reasonable price, our family of four had a comfortable stay after the game. The location was close to the stadium and the place was clean. The room was spacious enough for a group, and with four beds, we were able to rest comfortably. The interior was clean and had a traditional Korean home feel. If we travel to Suwon again, we will definitely stay here again.

The host kindly guided me before check-in, so I was able to enter without any problems! I haven't been to many places, but it was the best of the accommodations I've been to on Airbnb. It has everything, and I felt that everything was neatly prepared. The air conditioner worked well and the water flowed well, so I rested quietly for the day. I want to visit again next time. 👏
