La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apiuane , un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa e come riscaldamento ha una stufa a legna , oppure pompe di calore , un divano letto matrimoniale , e al secondo piano la camera completa e bagno completo , e all 'esterno una terrazza, poi un soppalco con un letto singolo.

Sempervirens - Lovely house in the hills

Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

Casa All'Ombra della Luna’ is een gezellig en met zorg gerestaureerd huis uit 1600, liggend in Luscignano, een authentiek dorpje in het glooiende landschap van Noord-Toscane. Het dorp ligt bovenop een heuvelrug en biedt adembenemende uitzichten op de omliggende olijfgaarden, met daarachter het indrukwekkend amfitheater van de Apuaanse alpen. Overdag het geluid van rondvliegende zwaluwen, ’s nachts staat de hemel vol met sterren.
