The house is close to both the station and the convenience store, and can easily go to some hot spots.And the check-in time is very flexible, provides a place to leave your luggage, which can be accessed at any time, which is very practical in Tokyo. But the house is more suitable for 2-3 people for a short stay because the space is limited and some suitcases cannot be opened.

More than exceeded my expectations. Host Lisa is friendly and kind, and respond quickly. Bathroom, sheets, floor, etc were all very clean. The washing machine is small, but it is free! And works well. GREAT air conditioning. Blackout curtains. Beds are more spacious than they appear in the photo. Home overall is best for 1-3 people, as it is smaller, but works very nicely for a trip to the city. We had three people and while it was a little tight, it worked great. It’s awesome to have a balcony to sit on. There is a bit of construction happening at this time starting around 8:30AM that you can hear from the apartment but it is no fault of the host. Overall, an amazing stay. Would stay here again, especially for the price. Much (!!) better than hotels with similar prices in the area. Lisa, thanks for a great stay in Tokyo from America! 🇺🇸🇯🇵

This is an modern apartment with great facilities. Including WiFi, air-conditioning, kitchenette, fridge, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, washlet toilet and ability to dry your clothes in the bathroom. The apartment is spotless and all basic products such as toothbrushes, laundry soap, shampoo and body wash is provided. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and a twin in the other. The apartment is a good size for a Tokyo apartment and would suit up to four guests. The location is in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes from the Oshiage Skytree station. The host is extremely reponsive and let me know when the cleaning was complete so that I could check in earlier. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy subway access to popular places like Ginza and Shibuya. Location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, liked it a lot because we wanted to be away from the busy part of Tokyo. The rental is very well maintained, comfortable, and communication was excellent. Would definitely return.

Eric’s place is located in a local neighborhood that is extremely well connected, being on circular Yamanote line means you get easily to anywhere without a need to change lines (30min train ride to Shibuya and 15min to Ginza). Despite it is 5min walk to the train station, we found the place quiet and slept very well. The place is simple, small, as usual flats in Tokyo, yet well arranged, the wooden furniture feels cozy. Eric is responsive and I found his directions to check-in/-out brilliant. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to come back to a cozy home after spending day by exploring Tokyo.

I had a great stay with Rare, clean & comfortable space within walking distance of public transit and a lot of amazing restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I was set up with everything I needed during my stay.

The house is new and clean Walking distance to subway or JR station There is a convenience store nearby. It is convenient to shop at the supermarket The accommodation area is also quiet ~👍🏻

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Great place to stay at with wonderful hosts. Check in was very straightforward and easy, and the location was really nice with it being only 20ish minutes away from Shibuya. Beds were really confortable, restrooms and kitchen were very clean. After checking out I forgot to pack my belt and the host was kind enough to hold onto them until I could come by and pick them up. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Hayazaka is a great host. She has been helpful from the start until we check out. She put her extra effort to make sure the guest comfortable in her place. She loves children and she even cook hot water for my baby even before we came. Her warm welcome, hospitality and flexibility made our stay memorable in Tokyo - Thank you so much!! The setting is beautiful, the living room can open up your suitcases and the upstairs floor is very comfortable.The downside is that the top paver is easy to hit, we recommend that you stick a sponge stick!The location is just the next stop in Ikebukuro, so it's convenient.

Highly recommend, Kota was very responsive and quick to respond. Great location within 5 minutes of train station and walkable to Shinjuku City. Located within Korea town. Room was clean/tidy and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

we loved staying here! this was an amazing place to stay in Tokyo, close to akihabara but far enough to be very peaceful!! im very glad we got to stay here and the price was just right for location and details. the hosts were very responsive and friendly! I fully recommend this place!!

It is very close to the Sky Tree, you can make a film on the street around the house, there are public buses about two minutes on foot, and there is a family mart store, about 8 minutes on foot to the subway, the room is very clean, there is a washing machine, microwave refrigerator, bathroom is dry and wet, and I will stay with friends next time ~

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.
