I really liked this place for several reasons: The service was excellent as they responded quickly and clearly and the instructions they give are quite understandable. The cleanliness of the space when we arrived was spotless. The location is quite good as you are very close to the Skytree and is convenient to get out or get from Narita airport. Also the area is quiet and well connected to metro/train stations and places to walk. I highly recommend this cozy space.

Easy subway access to popular places like Ginza and Shibuya. Location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, liked it a lot because we wanted to be away from the busy part of Tokyo. The rental is very well maintained, comfortable, and communication was excellent. Would definitely return.

Eric’s place is located in a local neighborhood that is extremely well connected, being on circular Yamanote line means you get easily to anywhere without a need to change lines (30min train ride to Shibuya and 15min to Ginza). Despite it is 5min walk to the train station, we found the place quiet and slept very well. The place is simple, small, as usual flats in Tokyo, yet well arranged, the wooden furniture feels cozy. Eric is responsive and I found his directions to check-in/-out brilliant. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to come back to a cozy home after spending day by exploring Tokyo.

Beihoa's place was fantastic. The location is close to the Yamanote line, but not so close that it is noisy or crowded. There are lots of places to eat, grocery stores and 7-11s(3) in the neighborhood. We also found a Don Quiote near by...which we went to at 2 am thanks to jet lag. Beihao was very quick to respond and offered suggestions if we needed help. The Yamanote line is very easy to navigate and I strongly suggest a Pasmo or Suica card. The condo is located very close to Shinjuku and Shibuya...super fun places to visit. The condo is clean, full of light and big by Japanese standards. I would definitely return here!! Thank you Beihoa for helping to make our visit amazing!!! My son and I fell in love with Japan!❤️

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Fantastic place in a good location. It was very refreshing to stay here after being in various smaller places as this place is quite big! The place is well set up and is very convenient! Han is such a super helpful host!

The house is new and clean Walking distance to subway or JR station There is a convenience store nearby. It is convenient to shop at the supermarket The accommodation area is also quiet ~👍🏻

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Everything was awesome! Host was super responsive and nice! The surrounding is quiet and lots of activities. Sky tower is visible down the street. The bed was kinda squeaky but that was okay. The bathroom was separated between the toilet and the washroom which was nice. Will come back when we visit Tokyo again!!

More than exceeded my expectations. Host Lisa is friendly and kind, and respond quickly. Bathroom, sheets, floor, etc were all very clean. The washing machine is small, but it is free! And works well. GREAT air conditioning. Blackout curtains. Beds are more spacious than they appear in the photo. Home overall is best for 1-3 people, as it is smaller, but works very nicely for a trip to the city. We had three people and while it was a little tight, it worked great. It’s awesome to have a balcony to sit on. There is a bit of construction happening at this time starting around 8:30AM that you can hear from the apartment but it is no fault of the host. Overall, an amazing stay. Would stay here again, especially for the price. Much (!!) better than hotels with similar prices in the area. Lisa, thanks for a great stay in Tokyo from America! 🇺🇸🇯🇵

The setting is beautiful, the living room can open up your suitcases and the upstairs floor is very comfortable.The downside is that the top paver is easy to hit, we recommend that you stick a sponge stick!The location is just the next stop in Ikebukuro, so it's convenient.

we loved staying here! this was an amazing place to stay in Tokyo, close to akihabara but far enough to be very peaceful!! im very glad we got to stay here and the price was just right for location and details. the hosts were very responsive and friendly! I fully recommend this place!!

Enjoy our stay and great home to stay

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic 11-day stay (June 2025) for us and our 2 teenage daughters. The apartment was an exact match to the photos and description and exceeded our expectations with super comfy beds and bedding, new appliances with detailed instructions, and an overall spotless interior. The small grocery across the street was an added bonus. We really enjoyed the building design with all the windows. During our stay we used the Tokyo Subway everyday and this apartment is between two main lines which gave us many more options. The neighborhood is very nice and highly recommend checking out the nearby shrines and gardens, Yayoi Kusama Museum, and Soseki Cafe (attached to the Natsume Soseki Museum) nearby shorts walks. The Don Q is farther, but we walked there too - very easy. Lovely neighborhood and fantastic apartment on a quiet street. Highly recommend! We hope to return to Tokyo and stay in Yuke and Yosuke's place again.
