Wohnraum, eine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Zur Ausstattung gehört: Ein bequemes Boxspringbett (180x200), eine Küchenzeile (Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler), ein Essbereich, WLAN, TV, kameraüberwachter Hof- u. Parkbereich. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich noch ein weiteres Apartment für 2 Personen

Small terrace area at your doorstep, garden to the rear, garden furniture available. Dogs are welcome by arrangement!

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich, sowie ein offenes Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (keine Spülmaschine). Das Badezimmer hat eine Regendusche und eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
