Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

I booked this place for my old parents who are not comfortable with the internet, Berta was very understanding and available to help them when they got lost when they arrived, she gave them very good advice and even brought them a filter coffee maker! They were delighted and slept really well. Thank you for everything!

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

We had good instructions when we arrived at the appartment. So we could get in without having to disturb anyone to come and open the door for us. When we arrived, everything was very clean. The apartment is very spacious and you can have your privacy when you are there with more people. the host is very attending, asking if everything was fine and when you need anything else, you can always reach out to the host. A recommending apartment.

We loved this airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable and the host was super responsive. We appreciated that despite being right on Plaza Mayor if the balcony doors were closed it was super quiet.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! And the home was so nice and the decor was beautiful. You can tell he put a lot of work in to make this a very nice place to stay! We cannot wait to come back! The recommendations were perfect and we were a very short walk to the main city area ! And there were plenty of food options very close by that stayed open very late. That was an added bonus. We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's service. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Very convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight his attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. I chose to stay in David's apartment for my graduation and it was an excellent decision. The place was impeccable and well-equipped, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, extra blankets and cushions for comfort, as well as an iron and hangers, which is a very useful detail, and the kitchen has everything you need to do whatever you want. David was very attentive throughout my stay, always making sure I was comfortable. The location is ideal: close to subway and bus stops, and just a 15-minute walk from the Opera area, full of restaurants and lots of nightlife. Totally recommended.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in the semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.

Excellent and cozy apartment, very centrally located, close to both local transports, restaurants and shops.
