It has an open kitchen / living area with TV. A parking space is available right in front of the apartment. In the fitted kitchen, all necessary kitchen utensils are available (pots, cutlery, glasses, etc.) Only when booking for more than 3 guests is the second bedroom with double bed (140 × 200) available - surcharge €25/night.

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We are happy to rent for periods of one month or more and already offer the possibility to book from one week. Nice apartment, newly renovated. Everything is perfect. You realize that Troja takes care of the detail that everything is as you would like to have everything in your home. I would have put a shower instead of a bathtub. But it's my personal taste. As soon as you enter the apartment you find everything : coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, a can of beer. Spaghetti, tomato, cutlery…. Anyway, everything so you can spend a first night. Bed is comfortable and everything is super clean. The apartment is located in front of a very nice landscaped area. We will definitely be back

I only had one night in Ursula's apartment and I was completely satisfied. The communication was easy, the check-in was easy to find. The accommodation was as described and Ursula greeted me personally. I was also able to use the kitchen to prepare a small meal for the evening and the next day. For me, the location was optimal because I was at the start of the Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau the next day and it is only 15 minutes to the start. Thank you Ursula for the short but nice and relaxing stay.

Very nice and modern accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Especially with children, absolutely recommended. We felt very comfortable and were warmly received. The highlight for me was the large balcony with the deck chair. We were also able to safely store our e-bikes in the locked garage.
