Holiday rentals with a patio in Übersee

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Thomas and Thomas, have created a dream paradise for themselves and their visitors. A super nice, very clean studio. A place where you feel right at home. The pictures say it all, because they are exactly right. You get an immediate response and great tips. We were only able to enjoy this fantastic accommodation for one day, as we had to travel home for family reasons. I can recommend it 100 percent. We look forward to next time. Thanks very much. Angelika is a great host. We felt comfortable from the first minute and everything was just perfect. In the beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, there were small touches everywhere, such as fresh flowers on the table, sweets, fresh eggs, even a Hugo with mint and lime!!! The contact was very warm. Thank you Angelika for everything, we can only highly recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Great apartment, access to the hiking trails and the Predigtstuhlbahn a few minutes away. Bad Reichenhall Kirchberg train station and Bad Reichenhall city center are also within walking distance (depending on the destination 10-20 minutes). The ascent to the apartment building is quite steep if you arrive without a car, but in principle feasible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short vacation, the pool on the ground floor is an absolute highlight.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is located in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and modern underground car park, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner - thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

The wooden nest is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could cook well. On the cozy terrace you can enjoy the mountain view from the hammock. We also liked the importance of sustainability (rainwater flushing, solar energy, dish soap concentrate, etc.). Since we traveled with baby, the washer-dryer was a great advantage. Our baby was happy with the basket of toys. Katja and Korbinian were very nice and great hosts. Thank you! We felt very comfortable and will be very happy to come back.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

We (4 gentlemen) were in Ruhpolding for an extended weekend. The place was an optimal size for us 4. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we hadn't really thought about the width of the sofa bed, so it was a bit tight for 2 of us. Instead of responding to the motto "bad luck", the two of us have helped directly and brought us a solution. Totally super and absolutely not self-evident!! 😍 You could always rely on the fact that you received a prompt response to questions. The communication and organization in general was super relaxed and reliable. All in all a great place with great hosts!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

Visiting Bavaria for a family road trip, we had a great time at Anna's place. The accommodation was clean, perfectly equipped and located in a very quiet environment. Ideal for relaxation after a good hike. Would highly recommend!

It was a good stay, quiet, beautiful view

We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come again. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

simone was very kind and the neighborhood was great and quiet! a cafe! a fantastic restaurant! an ice cream shop! AND A beautiful florist within 1 minute walking distance from the house!

Really nice apartment. Just like in the photos. A mix of modern and traditional. We felt right at home. Very good amenities. Especially great is the terrace with garden, so we could always eat outside, just like at home in summer. Really nice. Everything very clean. The train station of Aschau is a 5-minute walk away. With the guest card, which was prepared in the apartment, we could take the train to Prien and from there had great connection to other places. The bikes could be taken away for free. Really great. So we were able to do without our car a few times. Really good. So, we had a very nice vacation . We can highly recommend Jaana and Sebastian's apartment. We have already thought about coming to Lake Chiemsee in autumn or spring. The apartment would certainly also be great.
