Kelen and Fabiano were very helpful, responding quickly when Gabriel and I called them. The house is spacious and has a back garden. Also, although it is located in Rondon, it is not noisy. There is a nearby family market, some pharmacies, etc. I recommend it!

I loved the accommodation. Very well located in Uberlândia, close to a mall in an easily accessible location. It is a very large condominium, but the location of the apartment in a block near the entrance makes things easier. Even though it is a very large condominium in terms of the number of apartments and blocks, we had no problems with noise or anything like that. There were no issues during the stay. It matches the photos, clean, simple but functional location. The apartment has everything you need in both the bedrooms and the kitchen. The host is very helpful and responds very quickly. It was definitely worth it and I will definitely look for it again when I need it.

Our stay was excellent! Marli and her daughter Lorena welcomed us very well, always attentive and helpful. The space is super clean, organized and perfectly accommodated our class of 16 people. The availability of bed linen was a great differential, and the flexibility at check-in and check-out made it very easy. Lorena was very friendly and still helped us by indicating the places we needed to go to solve some personal things. Also, we love the heated pool space! I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!

You've met expectation. The location was what I needed. The elevator makes it easy to transport luggage.

The house is great with a large living room, a garage for 3 cars, the kitchen has 3 sinks and all the necessary utensils and also has a pressure cooker, bowls and plenty of dishes. The leisure area is great for socializing. The house has 1 suite and 3 more bedrooms that have 2 bathrooms in the hallway and everything was clean and with good bedding and blankets. The street is quiet and close to the market and restaurants. I highly recommend it!!!

No comments now for this listing here on the platform… I used to stay there when I visited the city and I had a seasonal problem with a heat wave and at the time there was air conditioning… now there is and it is perfect … I wouldn't change it for any other … total commerce nearby, well located, safe and easy access…. Mario's studio is excellent! Very well assembled and served us very well. All new and high quality. The building is newly built and has a great infrastructure for those who want to stay longer. Our stay was short, but we intend to return to better enjoy the space and the region. Mario has great communication and hospitality, always showing himself available. The location is very good and offers the convenience of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and you can do everything on foot. The building has a swimming pool, gym, gourmet space, work space, laundry, garage. It is also very safe. A stay that's worth it! We thank Mario and Isabela for the welcome!
