Great view, good size, next to a (small and stony) beach and 5 minutes drive from the main Arapya sandy beach, good size pools (adults and children), playground,great for a family, ideally with toddlers or older (top view also means top floor). Great host, very welcoming and helpful, there's everything you need in the apartment and the host will willingly bring whatever you may be missing!

Very comfortable and clean place with a beautiful sea view. The place is perfect for a couple, spacious with a terrasse. A lot of light and air. The host was very kind and helpful, she provided us with easy-to-follow instructions for smooth check-in. We loved the location - it was distant from the crowded places in Lozenetz, but still not too far from the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic family holiday for three weeks at this amazing beachfront apartment – it was the best place I've ever stayed! The complex is perfectly located, just a short 3-minute walk to the sandy beach and 2 minutes to the refreshing pools. The apartment was spotless, with all new furniture and a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and even a coffee maker. Everything was brand new, including all the dishes and cookware. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The modern shower and spacious bathroom were a real treat. It never felt crowded, there was always space by the pool, and we could also relax on the pristine beach after swimming in the sea. The entire gated community is secure and beautifully maintained, with lush lawns and fountains. There were restaurants, a supermarket, and shops all within a convenient 5-7 minute walk. We loved our stay at this beachfront paradise!

The accommodation is located on the beachfront "Nestinarka". Great sea views from both units. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable - sea front, at the back of the pool, the complex has its own secure parking. With a little upgrade in the kitchenette equipment, Agnieszka's place will be the perfect retreat.

The place is very good on the beachfront there is also a pool in the complex. It is suitable for children. It is close to many restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the center. Parking is available on the street. Olya is a wonderful host! Extremely kind woman, responds quickly, fully accommodated our needs, communication with her was easy and efficient, gave us helpful guidance on the area. Olya, thanks for the attitude and quick response, we had a wonderful time!

Really great place to stay in. The whole complex and the pools were amazing. The vila was also amazing.

Our stay in the apartment was extremely pleasant and PlanBTime was easy to reach at any time and was able to respond quickly to our requests. The complex was very well maintained and quiet and is ideal for staying with the family and offers five pools, fitness and wellness centers, restaurants, playgrounds, access to two beaches and much more. We had a secured parking space from the hosts right in front of the complex, which made the parking situation much easier for us. The apartment was clean and tidy and extremely well equipped. The hosts sent us clear instructions for the check-in and use of the apartment and facility, great praise for it. The spacious balcony offered a very nice view of the sea and the island of Sv. Ivan. Only the new building in front of the balcony has limited the view a bit, but of course no fault of that. It's a great place for the family to vacation in Sozopol and we will certainly be back. A beautiful flat, in a great place. Comfortable at all times, and the lovely balcony meant the flat felt spacious for the four of us. Vanya was a great host – responsive and flexible – and we very much enjoyed staying in her home.

This place is in a great location has access to two beaches and 5 pools. The house was perfect for us to have as a home base. We are really easy to please and the hot water was a plus as we had 4 people showering. The host was amazing to communicate with and checked in on during the stay.

The apartment is great. Everything was very clean and spacious. Well-equipped bathrooms and comfortable beds. When we arrived, it was very difficult to get the keys due to a misunderstanding with the security staff, but communication with the host was constant and he was available the entire time until we managed to enter the apartment. We asked for an underground parking space and it was huge and was right on top of the apartment. Very convenient to enter with luggage. The resort's common areas are amazing. The pools are very nice and you can use any free lounger. There is a lot of security on the premises so you can rest easy leaving your things while you enjoy a nice swim. A literal 1 min walk from the apartment is the beach with sun loungers that you can use with a card that the host gives you. A very pleasant stay, the place is beautiful and a 15-minute walk from the center of the village (which you don't even need to go to because you have everything inside the resort). A 10.

Sparkling clean, peaceful apartment with great seaview! The complex itself is well maintained as well and the location of the apartment is perfect. Alexey was great host, always responsive and helpful, will come back for sure!
