Could not recommend enough! Great location, walking distance to central beach and local shops, tidy and well-designed place with nice view, equipped with all necessary amenities. Would definitely be pleased to visit again!

Прекрасная квартира оборудованная всем необходимым.На кухне есть все:красивая посуда,контейнеры для хранения продуктов,кофеварка,даже нож для сыра.Замечательная терраса с удобными диванами и потолочным вентилятором. В общем всё было очень хорошо.Спасибо хозяйке квартиры Наталии.Рекомендую как отличный аппартаментах.

Very comfortable and clean place with a beautiful sea view. The place is perfect for a couple, spacious with a terrasse. A lot of light and air. The host was very kind and helpful, she provided us with easy-to-follow instructions for smooth check-in. We loved the location - it was distant from the crowded places in Lozenetz, but still not too far from the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic family holiday for three weeks at this amazing beachfront apartment – it was the best place I've ever stayed! The complex is perfectly located, just a short 3-minute walk to the sandy beach and 2 minutes to the refreshing pools. The apartment was spotless, with all new furniture and a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and even a coffee maker. Everything was brand new, including all the dishes and cookware. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The modern shower and spacious bathroom were a real treat. It never felt crowded, there was always space by the pool, and we could also relax on the pristine beach after swimming in the sea. The entire gated community is secure and beautifully maintained, with lush lawns and fountains. There were restaurants, a supermarket, and shops all within a convenient 5-7 minute walk. We loved our stay at this beachfront paradise!

Мястото за настаняване се намира на първа линия на плажа "Нестинарка". Страхотен изглед към морето и от двете помещения. Тихо, спокойно, удобно - отпред морето, отзад басейна, комплексът разполага със собствен охраняем паркинг. С малко подобрение в оборудването на кухненския бокс, мястото на Agnieszka ще бъде перфектното място за отдих.

Мястото е много добро на първа линия до плажа има и басейн в комплекса. Подходящо е за деца. Близо е до много ресторанти, на 5 минути пеша от центъра. Паркирането е свободно на улицата. Оля е прекрасен домакин! Изключително мила жена, отговаря бързо, съобрази се изцяло с нашите нужди, комуникацията с нея беше лесна и ефективна, даде ни полезни насоки за района. Оля, благодарим за отношението и бързата реакция, изкарахме си чудесно!

Nádherný, veľký, čistý apartmán s výhľadom na more. Neskutočné prostredie. Simeon je veľmi ochotný, všetko vybavil a zariadil. Vždy odpísal veľmi rýchlo.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war äußerst angenehm und PlanBTime war jederzeit gut zu erreichen und konnte dadurch schnell auf unsere Wünsche reagieren. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und ruhig und ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie und bietet fünf Pools, Fitness- und Wellnesscenter, Restaurants, Spielplätze, Zugang zu zwei Stränden uvm. Wir hatten einen gesicherten Parkplatz von den Gastgebern direkt vor dem Komplex, was uns die Parksituation enorm erleichtert hat. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und äußerst gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber haben uns klare Anweisungen für den Check-in und die Nutzung der Wohnung und Anlage zukommen lassen, großes Lob dafür. Der geräumige Balkon bot einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Sv. Ivan. Lediglich der neue Bau vor dem Balkon hat die Sicht etwas eingeschränkt, aber daran ist natürlich keiner schuld. Es ist ein super Ort für die Familie, um in Sozopol Urlaub zu machen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Vielen Dank!

Мястото е страхотно, голяма тераса с хубава гледка, тихо е. Чисто и поддържано. Комуникацията с домакините беше много лесна, много приятни хора. Басеините са на пешеходно разстояние, както плажа. Намамзабележки. Страхотен комплекс. Края на лятото, ако има свободни дати пак ще резервирам.

This place is in a great location has access to two beaches and 5 pools. The house was perfect for us to have as a home base. We are really easy to please and the hot water was a plus as we had 4 people showering. The host was amazing to communicate with and checked in on during the stay.

El apartamento está genial. Todo muy limpio y amplio. Los baños bien equipados y las camas cómodas. Al llegar nos costó mucho conseguir las llaves por un mal entendido con el personal de seguridad, pero la comunicación con el anfitrión fue constante y estuvo pendiente durante todo el tiempo hasta que conseguimos entrar al apartamento. Pedimos plaza de garaje subterránea y era enorme y estaba justo encima del apartamento. Muy cómodo para entrar con el equipaje. Las zonas comunes del resort son una pasada. Las piscinas muy agradables y puedes usar cualquier tumbona libre. Hay mucha seguridad en el recinto por lo que puedes estar tranquilo de dejar tus cosas mientras disfrutas de un agradable baño. A literal 1 min andando desde el apartamento está la playa con tumbonas que puedes usar con una tarjeta que te deja el anfitrión. Una estancia muy agradable, el sitio precioso y a 15 min andando del centro del pueblo (que no hace falta ni ir porque dentro del resort tienes de todo). Un 10.

Sparkling clean, peaceful apartment with great seaview! The complex itself is well maintained as well and the location of the apartment is perfect. Alexey was great host, always responsive and helpful, will come back for sure!

De host was super vriendelijk! Altijd snelle reactie en de elektrische grill werd op aanvraag snel geleverd. Super mooi park met mooie zwembaden. Er heerst een veilig gevoel. De afstand tot Sozopol centrum is alleen niet te belopen en daarvoor heb he een taxi of bus nodig. Dikke aanrader!
