Highly Recommend Beautiful Merumalia Vineyard! Why stay in the bustle of Rome when you can unwind just a short train ride away in beautiful Frascati at the stunning Merumalia Vineyard & Agricultural Society? Enjoy the peace, views, and hospitality of this organic boutique winery. Giulia, along with sister Flavia and mother MariaTeresa, welcomed us warmly to a spacious, comfortable apartment and were incredibly responsive with local tips. We chose Merumalia to end an extended tour thanks to its easy access to Fiumicino Airport. Though we missed the hosted dinner, we loved the fragrant grounds, breathtaking sunsets, and panoramic views of Rome and the surrounding hills. Frascati itself is a gem—full of charm and flavor. Make Merumalia your relaxing base for exploring Rome, and return each day to the serenity of the vineyard.

Aurélie is extremely welcoming, very responsive, gives very good advice on the region. We stayed 3 days for hiking. Aurélie has very well decorated our studio, it is very clean, well-equipped and quiet. Recommended. We'd love to stay there again.

The place is very quiet and has a great view. However, you must count 15/20 minutes of gravel road to reach San Quirico (the nearest village). Paolo provided us with a lot of information about the region as well as the cities he advised us to visit depending on the time we stayed. The accommodation allows you to stay longer thanks to the kitchen and outdoor BBQ (in addition to the activities available: swimming pool, ping pong, petanque etc). Small note: plan to have cash to pay the tourist tax (about €2/day/person).

Jean-Pierre's little paradise is really a haven of tranquility, very far from everything, no network, no electricity, nothing but nature around you. Trails, trees, a river. Be careful, it's the Corsican mountain: everything is sloping, suitable for people who fit well on their legs. The house is not large but protects from both the heat and the rain. We had both and had a lovely week with family, enjoying each other. Jean-Pierre is a lovely host, interesting, very concerned about your well-being.

Beautiful house with a unique view and a comfortable and clean pool for children's fun! Sea 10 minutes away. Short but very positive stay!

What can I say, if I could put more stars on it! Evelina and Maurizio are two beautiful people. We spent a weekend with them and felt right at home. They and their super-footed friends are super welcoming and friendly. The house is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, a wonderful place for those who love nature, animals and tranquility. The room we slept in, with an attached bathroom, was super clean and comfortable, overlooking the garden. Evelina's bread and dessert will be hard to forget! :) We will be more than happy to come back! Highly recommended! 😄

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location to explore (Sartène, Campomoro, Bonifacio) while being in a quiet and a little secluded in the maquis in a beautiful site with swimming pool 🙂 We took advantage of the shared kitchen. Some details to correct in the bedroom (broken ceiling fan, no toilet paper holder), but the comfortable bed/new shower/bedroom fridge are definitely assets! I would recommend it in a second.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Alex was incredibly welcoming and made our experience so smooth, plus the accommodations were great. Perfect home base to explore nearby. We felt safe and had a relaxing time!

Giovanna the perfect host in every way, always trying to make your stay the best that it can be. Idyllic setting for those who appreciate the peace and quiet that pure nature can provide . The breakfast is memorable for its contents and presentation, add too that the tranquil setting and the magic is complete .

I loved this stay the location and the views are stunning. I was in the area for an event and I am very happy that I chose this Airbnb. Marco was very helpful and even suggested many recommendations around the area. I would stay again.

What can I say? Five stars and more, literally. I haven't seen such a clear starry sky in a long time. The warmth of Francesco's melissa and licorice herbal tea, the house already lit by fire upon our arrival, the view of the stillness of the mountains... the attention to detail. Perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need, spacious and clean rooms. We would never have left!

Bernard and Veronique are very welcoming hosts, very available and attentive to make our stay enjoyable. I recommend this very quiet cottage, very well maintained, good evening meal, fresh but a little expensive. Martine & Christian

We stayed with Katia and Pino for 2 nights. It was a beautiful experience. Impeccable hospitality and cleanliness. They were super helpful and loving even with our dog. We also had the pleasant fortune to eat the delicious pizza cooked by Pino in his wood-burning oven! Absolutely recommended. Hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay with Carlo at his beautiful hotel- it looks like it’s a bit off the main square but my mom and I walked everywhere and didn’t have a problem, we loved how peaceful and quaint the area was! The hotel has a great pool, and Carlo was super helpful arranging transportation and giving local recommendations. Highly recommend!!

Impeccable accommodation in a relaxing place to make a stop in a Tuscan tour. We spent the evening on the terrace watching dozens of fireflies in the bottom of the neighboring garden! Magical! Frederico was very considerate from a distance. A great host!

Wonderful place, in the green, quiet, spacious and with enchanting views. Great for unplugging. All spaces are functional and designed to be lived at their best. The lights in the pool (beautiful) to stay there even in the evening, the outdoor showers, the dining area with the fire pit. The super equipped kitchen, with all the tools you may need. There were ten of us with three dogs, each with their needs often difficult to satisfy, but this place and Mr. Alfonso, on the other hand, succeeded. Thank you also for the kindness and attention of Mr. Alfonso. It was valuable. We will be back for sure and will definitely recommend it.

Last minute check in. Honestly the nicest , most homey and serene place we have stayed in Italy . We got to experience relaxation, delicious food from the garden, relaxation room, abundance of nature and wonderful hosts. If you want to rejuvenate this is the place. Such a pleasure . This place is absolutly wonderful! We loved everything about it. Every detail and all things are beautifully thought out and high quality. I stayed there with my son and we even stayed two days at home because we enjoyed it so much. It is super quiet and we loved to watch the stars from the beautiful terrace in the evening.
