Lovely home for a quiet and relaxing stay. The view is stunning, the furniture carefully picked and the space beautifully utilized. The little private cinema, the breakfast corner, the trivial pursuit, the gorgeous bathroom view: everything was perfect. Thank you for having us, we will no doubt be back!

Great villa that is very well maintained with lots of room and great facilities. Villa was very clean when we arrived and the equipment in the villa is of a high standard. Plenty of room for everyone and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom and air-conditioning was a real bonus. Outside space is very well maintained and the pool is very nice and was much appreciated during the hot weather. The villa location is very quiet and peaceful. The local town has a few small shops and restaurants but a car is essential because of the location (which was clear from the description) to get to bigger supermarkets or visit the likely attractions. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a peaceful break!

Great stay in beautiful house in beautiful house.

A wonderful stay and a very good welcome. Gianlucca marco's son was very attentive when we arrived. The location is ideal to get to Florence or Siena by train. Marco was very responsive and a great tip for restaurants. The bedding was perfect and our stay was only more pleasant. The city of Empoli is peaceful with plenty of nice places to go out. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning was welcome. A great week for a memorable family trip. Thanks Marco and Gianlucca!!!

Very good stay. The house is very nice and the view is magnificent. From the house, we were able to visit Pisa, Siena and Volterra, three magical cities. We were amazed for a week.

Elio place was exactly what we needed, relaxing poolside with a cocktail in hand. the he Airbnb/hotel was clean, had everything we needed for a one night stay. would definitely be recommend Elio's place

We had a lovely time in Laurie's place. The house is stylish, modern and well furnished with comfortable beds, good linnen and lovely bathrooms. The house remains cool even when it's hot outside and we welcomed the insect screens which kept the bugs at bay. Laurie was very communicative and helpful via text since she was not in town at the time of our visit. The area is very peaceful and there are lovely views of the countryside from the house. Radicofani is a tiny little town, sweet and picturesque for a day visit with stunning views from the castle on the hill. The towns in the vicinity are all 40 mins to an hour away due to the winding roads so be prepared to do quite a bit of driving if you are planning on exploring the area. Overall we had a good time and we able to relax and slow down in these quiet little towns after the rush rush rush of city life.

Lovely flat very good place you can walk to the beach easily

The accommodation is very well located between Croix valemer and Gassin. The apartment we rented was very clean, tastefully appointed and perfectly equipped! The outside and the pool are very nice. We only had one neighbor tenant so no inconvenience caused by the promiscuity of the accommodations. The only downside (because it takes 1) is that the background noise of the nearby national road is very present in the garden. Not at all in the closed window space. The disadvantage of being so well located. Clara and Yves welcomed us very warmly and the fact of being next to their flower and en primeur point of sale as well as animals has a magical side. We enjoyed it! We even had a beautiful basket filled with their good products when we arrived! it was so good that we bought a full crate!(ridiculous price)Thank you so much for this stay and continue to accept pets. NB: can be added a sign at the entrance of the parking lot

We had a great time. We liked the accommodation, in the peace of mind, charming and cute furniture, with attention to detail. Impeccable cleanliness. Maria welcomed us in the best way, available, valuable and punctual in responding to our requests and providing us with various directions. Convenient location to reach Acciaroli, Castellabate, Pioppi and the interior of Cilento. Experience to repeat.

Giuseppe’s place was perfect. We were traveling through Italy and stayed the night here. We booked late and checked in late and they were very accommodating even though it was after hours. Our gps took us to the back entrance but the instructions provided were able to help us find the right entrance on the other side. The room had a bathroom and living area/kitchen which was a good size and everything was clean. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Vanessa was always easy to reach and very accommodating at check-in. The apartment is bright, clean, modern and offers everything you need for a short stay. The elevator and the washing machine are very advantageous. Gladly again!

Great location, easy to walk off the train and right across the street to the residence. The building was quiet and you’d never know it was close to the train station. Safe entry, walking distance to everything in Florence, and was grateful that Emmanuela met us at the property and gave us instructions on how to enter the building and how to use the amenities in the house. Location, location, location! Literally across the street from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Very very walkable and easy to get I er to farther off destinations like Grasse (where we made custom perfume). I can't say enough about how good they were about responding to coordinate check-in and answering questions. Bed was just okay (fold down Murphy bed with an ok mattress that has a hump running head to toe dividing each side of the bed). We are 60 and spoiled with an excellent mattress at home so this might now be an issue for others!

Of the various homes Arezzo had to offer during our proposed dates, upon seeing the photos of Giancarlo’s place, my mother and I were immediately convinced. The photos truly do not do the physical home justice, it is beautiful and spacious & located centrally walkable to all of the wonderful spots Arezzo has to offer — from the station, to the main squares, to the lovely restaurants. The check-in process was very thoughtful and Giancarlo made us feel so much at home in his traditional abode. Be sure to ask him about local recommendations! We will surely be back if our path leads us to Arezzo again. Thank you!

The beach and promenade is wonderful with a few nice beach bars. We rented two e-bikes at Alfa Bikes for a few days. One day we took them on the train to Imperia and cycled back to Sanremo on the ‘pistacliclabile’ that has been made on the old railway track. It was really fantastic!

The apartment has a description and photographs: spacious, clean and tidy. Amenities listed: nothing was missing and we had a very good time! Perfect location close to the subway and nearby bars and supermarkets. For those who want to walk about 20 minutes, also convenient to the Vatican. Host present and helpful. Highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed the lovely flat and the beautiful Terrasse and the nice garden with swimming pool. It’s about 5 minutes walk to the beach. We very much enjoyed swimming in the sea - every day (in September!). Mary and Enzo are very kind, generous and understanding Hosts. We would like to go there again 👌

We were two couples in this six-person home. Apartment in gated residence very quiet, great location and very clean. Very good responsiveness from Sophie and Fanny who welcomed us. Ideal site to radiate from the Giens peninsula to St Tropez and in the Maures mountains.
