Loft holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

Our stay was great! Right in the middle of Treversie, exactly as described. You are in the middle of the action, great little shops, restaurants, and bars near by. But as you are in the middle of the action there is noise, not always noticeable, but that depends on the night. We stayed over the weekend to enjoy the food and night life and were very happy. Highly suggest for those looking for a good time. Great little Cafe/Bar in the Piazza. Long Island Cafe check it out.

Le voyage s’est très bien passé, Massimo envoie toutes les informations en temps et en heure. L’appartement est très bien localisé avec un accès à pieds pour de nombreux monuments et restaurants. C’était parfait ! Merci ☺️

We had a lovely stay at Francesco's property. He was an excellent host, friendly and helpful and great communication. The location was perfect for visiting all of Rome's sites and was a nice break from the city centre in a vibrant area with great restaurants, bars and cafes. The property was set well aside from the main property, so very private and great for two people to relax. We would return.

Sergio’s place was right in the Old Town. Walkable to most attractions. Tons of restaurants nearby. The place was clean and Sergio was great at making us feel right at home.

This was an amazing place to stay in the oasis hills of Florence. Marco was an exceptional host, providing us with a ride on arrival and departure, many local recommendations, and even a complimentary pasta recipe with some supplies. In less than a 5 minute walk you can see a beautiful view of the entire city. This was a very peaceful stay away from the busy city centre. The bus station is just outside the door, and a small shop is just down the street. We were able to bus in and out of the city centre both days of our stay. I highly recommend! Thanks again Marco

Piero is very friendly and takes time to explain things and give tips about what to see and what to do in the surroundings. Very clean and well kept appartement, but most of all amazing view from the terrace.

A nice place to stay when traveling in Florence. The host provides detail information of the room when checking in and is always helpful. The room has a wonderful view!

I had a wonderful stay at Laura and Emmanuel’s place! They were incredibly warm and friendly hosts — some of the most responsive I’ve ever met on Airbnb. Communication was smooth and check-in was super easy. They provided an exceptionally detailed guide to Cala Gonone and the surrounding area, with fantastic tips on restaurants, transport, and local highlights. The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable, and ideally located — just a short walk from the beach, bus stop, and supermarket. The neighborhood is peaceful and feels very safe. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend their lovely casa to anyone visiting Cala Gonone!

Daniela’s apartment is super clean, modern, fully equipped and quiet. She is extremely helpful and responsive. For the price, I felt I got great value! Before booking, I would get acquainted with the bus system so you take a bus to sights and do most of walking around the sites not necessarily to the sites. Close to the piazza Michelangelo with a great view of Firenze. Bravisima, Grazie Mille, Daniela!

I travel the world for work and spend at least a 1/3 or better of my life away from home. My time with family is important, especially on vacations. I’ve seen good and bad but this experience was outstanding!! I give Fede and Ric 5 stars only because I can’t give them 6 or 7. So do yourself a favor and book their place now if it’s available for your Rome vacation. They are locals and they are passionate about their family, friends, and their city. Their apartment is perfect for 4 people. It’s an oasis in the timeless city of Rome for your next trip here. Fede is a master communicator and organizer. Ric is right there with her. Every detail was covered. They went above and beyond for my family and far exceeded our expectations. They provided very solid advice when we had questions regarding tours, places to eat, and things to do while in Rome. Of the AirBNB’s we have stayed at through the years, they are #1. Don’t risk ruining your Rome vacation by staying somewhere else.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

I cannot say enough great things about Chiara’s beautiful Airbnb! This amazing gem is nestled into the beautiful Tuscan countryside and has everything you would ever need from parking, laundry, ping pong, and the most gorgeous pool I’ve ever seen. We had such a great stay and Chiara was very responsive to any questions we had. There are a couple close restaurants as well as a grocery store about 10 minutes away that we went to. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the pool was so refreshing after our days of exploring. Chiara leaves a great bottle of wine that we enjoyed the first night on our private balcony overlooking the gorgeous views. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever come back!!

We had the most incredible stay at Daniela’s place - a true Sicilian dream. The loft was so comfortable and the pool / outdoor space was so lovely. We additionally had the opportunity to book a dinner with Daniela which was our favorite meal in Sicily - highly recommend. Daniela was so accommodating with meeting us for our arrival (even though it was after midnight) and providing great local tips - also we loved the sweet cats on the properly. We can’t wait to come stay here again!

Le Loft est tres bien placé, à proximité de restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, Royal! De plus, Bravo car tout équipé, cela faisait longtemps qu'on n'avait pas eu un appartement avec autant d'équipement à disposition ! Kevin est super, bel accueil, plein d'explication et des recommandations.., très flexible et très réactif, on sent qu'il tient à ce que ces clients soient au petit soin et c'est top ! On retient l'adresse et on reviendra avec plaisir !

Lejligheden er virkelig dejlig! Og udsigten fra lejligheden er simpelthen vidunderlig. Vi er meget glade for Nice og lejligheden fungerer perfekt for os - den har alt hvad vi har brug for, ligger det helt rigtige sted og er meget nem at holde af! Vi nyder den max! Anne-Marie og Dennis, Danmark.

Loft in borgo medioevale molto caratteristico. Host ospitale e disponibile. Ambiente pulito, dotato di ogni confort. Posizione ottima per visitare le calle della costa, passando serate in relax e tranquillità.

Andrea, and her family are amazing hosts! I travel a lot, and I can honestly say without hesitating that they are indeed among the best! Although I was late giving notice of my late arrival, she managed to organize her dad to welcome me, and during my stay they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! Classic italian breakfast already waiting for me in the house, which is just lovely! Highly recommended, if I'll be in a need of accommodation in the area, I will definitely return!

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

Appena tornata da Palermo, di cui ho potuto scoprirne le bellezze (e prelibatezze!) soggiornando in questo piccolo ma curato monolocale. Alfonso è stato estremamente rapido ed efficiente nelle comunicazioni. L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina in una strada non principale, è molto molto pulito, equipaggiato e si intuisce subito che è stato progettato e ristrutturato secondo un’idea ben precisa. Per correttezza penso sia giusto dire che avrei gradito una tenda soprattutto in bagno, che affaccia su un corridoio (?) del palazzo e perché no, anche al balcone principale per una maggiore privacy. C’è il condizionatore in camera/cucina ma non ho visto sistemi di riscaldamento in bagno. Se dovessimo tornare a Palermo sicuramente lo terrò come riferimento.

A pochi passi dal mare, vicino a ristoranti e supermercati, spazioso e pulito, aria condizionata che ci ha aiutato a sopravvivere durante le giornate più afose, ottimo prezzo visto la zona in cui si trova.

Die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön über die malerische Berglandschaft. Das Loft ist sehr geräumig, mitten in der Altstadt, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet mit großem Balkon Richtung Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden im Dorf, um Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Im Umkreis von 30km gibt es viele Wandermöglichkeiten,mit Schluchten, Wasserfällen usw.
