Villa holiday rentals in Tyresö

We had a wonderful week at Julia’s beautiful home. It was just two adults and our daughter, but there was plenty of room for more, and we comfortably hosted some friends with kids for dinner one night. So nice being able to walk out the back door into the woods and the nearby small lake. Our 2yr old loved the toys, flowers, records, and books around the house. I enjoyed the sauna in the basement and the views out of every window surrounded by trees and other homes but feeling very private. We cooked every day and found the kitchen very comfortable with all tools and cookware we needed. In short, this is a wonderful family friendly home and we would happily return here again. Thank you Julia for sharing your home with us!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Aus einer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sieht man das Meer. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der großen Terrasse gibt es Möbel zum Essen und Sonnen und die Gelegenheit zu grillen. Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich und ganz besonders schön. Hanna und Jonas sind tolle Vermieter, die sehr bemüht sind, dass von Anfang an für alles gesorgt ist. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr attraktiv. Ob die umliegenden Inseln, das nahelegene Meer, die Natur oder der fussläufige Fähranleger, der einen in knapp 1 Stunde mit Stockholm verbindet, es gibt viel zu unternehmen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had such an amazing time. The house was a few minutes walk from the sea and a lovely beach area. There was a lovely walk way along the water that took you into the forest. The house was lovely. So well equipped with everything you would need. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back. Maria was such a helpful host, very responsive and helpful which really made our stay even better.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung ist durch ihre sehr ruhige Lage mit viel Grün und Rehen und fußläufig Strand sehr gut für einen Entspannungsurlaub geeignet. Eva und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Einkaufen (Supermarkt) ist ein Auto sehr hilfreich. Den von manch anderen Airbnbmietern in anderen Ferienhäusern der Gegend beschriebenen Abwassergeruch, haben wir auch in wechselnder Intensität bemerkt. Eva hat sich aber darum gekümmert und nach einer kleinen Reparatur war es schon besser. Dennoch fanden wir es sehr schön. Vielen Dank!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed for our holiday! Would recommend to anyone with a large group in Stockholm. It only takes about 40 mins to get to the city and was very easy to do so.

Wat een fijne plek om even bij te komen van de drukte. We voelden ons meteen thuis in het lichte ruime huis. Het Thaise restaurantje was een goede aanbeveling!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a real highlight, we loved the pool, it was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the center, with easy access via taxi or public transport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. Kan absolutt anbefale et opphold i boligen til Fredrik. Fantastisk hus med romslige omgivelser. Idyllisk beliggenhet med kort vei til strand og passe avstand til Stockholm sentrum.

We absolutely loved the house, and its stunning views. Malin was very responsive, helpful and friendly. This place is quite a treat!!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Martin. Der Star war die sonnige Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf das Wasser. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Stockholm oder in die Schären. Ein Bäcker und eine kleine Mall mit Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Einziges, kleines Manko: der Weg zur kleinen Badestelle ist etwas weiter als gedacht und mit SUP-Boards recht beschwerlich. Wir würden aber jederzeit gerne wieder nach Saltsjöbaden kommen.

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

Fredrik's house is a wonderful place of modern architecture, with a magnificent terrace that merges seamlessly into the Swedish landscape. It offers a stunning view of the nature around the house. The kitchen, and everything really, is fully equipped with all you could possibly need. The house is located in a tranquil area, which is favoured by the neighbouring nature reserve and offers several bathing spots. And yet, Stockholm is just a few minutes away. Fredrik and his family are attentive, generous hosts who made sure we had a wonderful time. With this, you do not rent a house, you rent a home. Tack för det!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. You won't be disappointed!

Vi hade verkligen en fantastisk helg i detta fina hus. Välutrustat kök, mysiga sällskapsytor både inne och ute och en härlig pool! Hoppas att kanske kunna komma tillbaka men då med familjen ☀️

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. We had a great time in the cozy house with our family and enjoyed nice barbecues on the big veranda. Our daughter loved the pool and trampoline. The contact with Niclas was very friendly and courteous.

Our stay at Melinda’s house was absolutely amazing! The home was beautifully maintained, very stylish indeed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was fantastic, the kids loved it, as did we. Plenty of outdoor space on the various terraces to relax. The hosts were brilliant—so communicative, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The area was really great, offering plenty to do and see, with easy access to Stockholm as well as exploring the surrounding area, which was stunning. Artipelag, the art museum, was a highlight and only a 30min drive away, as well as some magnificent cafes and restaurants in neighbouring Gustavsberg. Stella the cat was very friendly and cuddly, she also made us feel at home! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would very highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in a beautiful area.

Nach 2 Wochen Reisen durch Schweden haben wir eine Woche in Nynäshamn in dieser tollen Villa genossen. Die Einrichtung war super und inspirierend. Das Haus ist sehr gross und jedes der Kinder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit auf der grossen Terrasse. Es gibt dort auch die Möglichkeit für Fitness mit Hanteln :-). Wir haben vielen Tipps von Helen und Niclas für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Wir empfehlen bei Lövhagen ein Kajak zu mieten für eine schöne Tour in den Schären. Auch empfehlenswert in der Ute-Express ab Nynäshamn nach Alö oder Utö - allenfalls dort dann Fahrräder mieten. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft dort sehr geschätzt.

We spent a week in this fantastic house. Spacious and stylish, with plenty of room for all the family. Well equipped, with beautiful views into the forest from the living room, and a warm pool which we all enjoyed. The neighbourhood is quiet, on the edge of the nature reserve and an easy walk down to the Erestaviksbadet bathing spot. Buses into Stockholm take about 30 mins and leave every 20-30 mins just at the end of the road, so we managed without a car very happily. Would definitely recommend and if we were coming back to Stockholm another year we would stay here again. Thank you!
