Our shabby chic apartment is extremely cozy and includes a/c. This space boasts two outdoor seating areas and a lush island garden to enjoy. Soft bedding and pillows abound. Our apartment includes a separate bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed. There is a small refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Please Note: We can ONLY rent to the individual/s that book the apartment. Also, the room rate is non-negotiable. Additionally, the golf cart is not included with the rental.

Close to 2nd street and 2nd & PCH for restaurants. Easy access to the marina, Shoreline Village, aquarium, downtown Long Beach, convention center, cruiseship terminal.

No key required, a code will be given. The first block is up a hill, the second is flat.

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)

The Peninsula Beach House

This house was amazing! Even better than the pictures! Dimitris was great with communication and providing suggestions for the area. Sean (co-host) was on site when we arrived and walked us through everything in the home. The entire stay he was just a text or phone call away and it was great! Only slight issue was the previous guest smoked in the home so the floors were a little sticky and dirty from whatever the cleaners used to get rid of the smoke odor. Besides that, the place was clean and perfect! They even offered a bottle of wine for the floor troubles (thank you!) - we enjoyed the pool the 1st day we were there and did not need the heater. But we felt it the days after, and I recommend purchasing the heating if you plan to use it during this time of year. (we only used the pool the 1st as we were out exploring the other days). This was a great stay and highly recommend!! Thank you Dimitris & Sean!!

We had a really wonderful stay at Lauren’s place in Hamilton Cove! Absolutely beautiful. Surroundings are stunning. Condo is clean and well-appointed. Lauren was an excellent communicator and very helpful. The provided golf cart was definitely a highlight - we had a fantastic time exploring the island! We hope to be back!

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

Stayed here for a two-night dive trip during Memorial Day weekend. This spot was the best value we found on the island. The full kitchen and 1-minute walk to the grocery store saved us tons compared to island restaurant prices. You could save even more by bringing a cooler on the ferry, but grocery prices were fair. I didn’t need a golf cart since I focused on Avalon and the ocean, but for the ziplines or other areas, you’d want one. It’s noisy at night (typical for compact Avalon), and only the living room has a mini split; the other rooms rely on windows for sea breeze, meaning more noise. I moved from the master to the futon because I sleep hot, but all the beds, including the futon, were very comfortable. In fact, I think the futon is the best spot in the house. Mini split does a good job of keeping the house cool. To avoid noise, you’d need to stay outside town which isn't worth it to me. Never saw or heard anything from the downstairs tenant. We loved it.
