Brand new private BNB on five acres with private keyless entrance. All furnishings, full bath, and cabinets are new. Our community has 30 five acre home-sights with paved roads. Very quiet and peaceful with great mountain views. There is plenty of parking. This area is great for leisurely walks. The closest neighbor is hundreds of yards away.

A Contemporary Dream: Lakefront Rathdrum Oasis!

We live in a small rural farming community about 3 1/2 hours from this home. I brought the graduating class of 5 here for their senior trip. The kids had so much fun as did I. I am a full-time wheelchair user and the steps in the back of the house with the railing were easy for me to get up. My wheelchair did not fit through the doors of the bathroom or bedrooms, but luckily, I’m still able to stand up and take a few steps on two prosthetic legs. The house was amazing, there was everything you needed and more. I definitely will be recommending and bringing my own family back.

We can’t say enough! The location was beautiful, the amenities available to us were numerous, we felt we had good privacy even being on the hosts property, and Calista and Caleb were kind, responsive, and thoughtful about this space. It was an all around relaxing and rejuvenating stay that we hope to have again in the future!

Very peaceful, tucked away spot a stone’s throw from the lake. We had a cold front and rain come in during our stay. The electric heat furnace and fireplace was quite adequate to heat the interior. Had people in the trailer next door but our sleep was peaceful regardless. Was able to park right in front of the trailer for unloading and loading.

Twin Lake Golf Village is amazing. The condo was fantastic. We wanted golf and tennis and got both. Lake access, pool, as well. Condo is set back against hill under pine trees. There was private public parking. All the folks we met were friendly. Highly recommend the stay.
