A lovely quiet place to stay just outside of Oldenzaal. You will be woken up by birdsong in the morning and can observe nature through the windows. Accommodation is easily accessible to the public. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. All in all, you felt very comfortable.

We came from France for 4 nights, the welcome was very warm, The setting is very beautiful and quiet, well designed for our dog Lilou, small enclosed yard, the accommodation is comfortable, as indicated on the site. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Markelo. Martijn was always responsive. This place is in a beautiful part of Holland consisting of plenty of walks and restaurants. The house had all we needed to make our stay even more pleasurable. A big thanks to Martijn and family.

What a lovely house. Everything has been thought of. Beautiful complete kitchen, beautiful bathroom with a nice and sparkling clean sauna. Comfortable beds and great that the windows have screens. It is located in a quiet and beautifully landscaped park. Close to the center where there is plenty to do. It is also nice that you can go from the park to the nearby lake. The garden with neat furniture completes the house. We'd love to come back!

We stayed here for two nights and that was actually not enough. The area is very quiet and beautiful, the cottage has everything you need and is very cozy. Theo responds very quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

We immediately felt at home in this great accommodation! Mia made it easy for us with her hospitality to feel right at home right away. The accommodation is a gem, the garden a dream! For us as a family with a small child (4 years), a perfect place to relax, start excursions and just breathe! You can feel the love for detail in every corner!

We had a wonderful time in Dorien's "huuske". A nice welcome with a personal card, eggs in the fridge and chocolates on the table. A cup of coffee was made in no time. It was super clean and everything was present. Lots of privacy in a large garden. We have cycled a lot in the beautiful surroundings. The communication with Dorien was nice and cordial We'd love to come back.

An incredibly beautiful house in a wonderfully quiet wooded area. The house is fully equipped and very luxuriously finished. The bed sleeps wonderfully. Highly recommended!

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. I met my expectations this place, everything as described, there was coffee, tea, which is appreciated, for a hot drink. Nothing to add, just Ann is a super host the apartment is located just as described, practical, modern, functional and with good taste in her decoration.

We were warmly welcomed by Frank and although we were earlier than the check-in time we could already put our things inside. On the bench in front of the house you can sit comfortably and Frank also had tips for restaurants. The apartment is very pleasant and the city is wonderful to stroll through. We did a tour of the Smakenverkenners, also recommended! All in all a nice stay and very pleasant contact with Frank.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and very well maintained. Everything looks like new. The cleanliness is also outstanding, it couldn't get any better. The car can be parked directly in front of the house on the street. All rooms have blinds. Only the beds are a little bit too narrow for two adults. But no problem for short stays. Communication went well, I got all the info I needed. Overall, a clear recommendation!
