The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an old and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hot plate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf within walking distance, museum gugging accessible via beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpful. When arriving, note that there is the same street name twice in the area. So it's best to enter the address right away with the correct postal code in the navigation system. :)

Nikolaus’s place was the best Air BnB I’ve stayed in - so clean, comfortable beds, lots of greenery, kitchen was fitted with great saucepans and frypans and good quality crockery and glassware. 40 mins to Vienna City by public transport, but we were happy to stay out of the very busy city in the peaceful surrounds at Nikolaus’s place. Aldi was a 10 min walk away as was Spar. Stift, 15 mins walk away was a lovely little town with a great restaurant (Leopold) and amazing Abbey. The town of Kierling was lovely too. Highly recommended.

A very nice and cozy place. It is very big and has place for several people, the host was very friendly, he was in constant communication with us. It has a very good location as it is easy to find restaurants and take transportation to the center of Vienna. Finally, it has an amazing view. I definitely recommend it and I would go back to this place.

We traveled with our two children that are 3 and 1, and she had so many things for them to play with and to also help keep them safe. If we had any issues, she was quick to respond and provide help. It truly felt like our home away from home!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovingly furnished apartment! Everything was sparkling clean, cozy and well equipped – you immediately notice that every detail was thought of here with a lot of heart. We were particularly pleased with the sweet attention to Easter that the hostess put at our door – such a beautiful gesture that made our stay even more special. Communication was friendly and straightforward. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this place!
