Amy was a very gracious and helpful host. Prior guests checked out early. Knowing we wanted to get in as early as possible, she worked and communicated to make that happen. The condo was very nice, comfortable, clean, well decorated and had all that we needed. I wish I would have discovered her 4 years ago when my son first started Bama. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Tracy's place. it was comfy and spacious. Location was perfect as we were close to everything around campus. Tracy was so friendly, quick to respond and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend. We would stay again next time we visit.

The unit truly has an amazing view. The only drawback at all is that there are a lot of stairs, but that was fine in our case. I only mention it because it might not be fine for everyone, but outside of that it’s exactly as described would be super cute for a romantic getaway. The view is definitely amazing.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The mattresses were so comfortable. The house was extremely clean. I’m one of those people that will clean a house all over again to meet my expectations and I didn’t feel the need to do so. I reached out to Zuly about something such as asking if she had an ironing board. She immediately called me back to apologize & check on my family and I . I looked out the window within minutes of our conversation to see the ironing board and other items needed being delivered right away. I Loved the modern farmhouse decor! It made us feel right at home! I will say being the house is surrounded by large trees that helped keep the house cool and a small creek behind the house the mosquitoes were assuring us of their presence but we didn’t let that bother us being that we spent most of our time indoors. There is a screened in back porch that made outdoor sitting comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the hospitality!

Our family (of 4 + dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alabama Beaver House. We utilized the convenient fire pit for s’mores every night and enjoyed exploring the surrounding woods. It was conveniently located 8 minutes from the tennis tournament we attended and about 15 minutes from all of our other activities (mini golf, bowling, swimming hole, University campus, and shopping). The house was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. Also, our dog felt right at home. Christine was incredibly helpful and promptly answered my many questions throughout our stay.

Our stay at Magnolia was great.! The cottage was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the perfect size. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The front porch swing was my daughter’s favorite. She loved sitting out there reading! Our visit was a quick one, just in town for a wedding, but if we are ever in the area again, I would stay there again and definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Annie’s. Everything was spotless and the home smelled so fresh and clean. It was nice a cool when we got in. She had snacks and water and that really helped us out on the water. Thank you Annie We will be back next year same time!!

My family and I stayed here with my parents and cousins for a wedding weekend, and we had such a great stay. Comfortable beds and furnishings, very clean and tidy throughout, spacious living areas and all kitchen items/amenities we would need. Tricia was so hospitable, responsive and proactive (even when we had a little trouble with the keypad and very quickly resolved it.) We had the best time!

Hunter was amazing! He communicated in a very timely fashion! The home is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation! Everything was very clean with modern appliances and technology. The check in process was very smooth and easy! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Joe’s place is very nice! I think it’s exactly what the pictures depicted and worked really well for our one night stay. Joe was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate an early check in based on our need for that. That was very much appreciated and would recommend this property and any others he may have, based on that service alone!

Condo was perfect for our weekend visit. Lauren gave great recommendations for restaurants & shopping. She was very easy to communicate with. Fell in love with Homewood, such a quiet peaceful place. I even sat outside on the rock wall in the fern garden & read while the rest of my crew napped. Will definitely reach out to Lauren again when planning our next visit.

Joycelyn's place is perfect if you want a nice quite place that feels like home. We were there for a wedding and to have some fun exploring the city of Birmingham. This condo was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing! Joycelyn was very responsive. Her place was very clean and had all of the items you need to enjoy a short weekend or a longer stay. The area that it is located in is beautiful! We will stay here again! Blake's place was very clean and comfortable. Very close to many things to do and restaurants. They have done great with the space. Family of 4 and we were very comfortable.

This is a peaceful centrally located place. It was so relaxing and close to everything we needed.

Brett's apartment was great. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people and nicely appointed. We found free parking easily. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and art museum. Would definitely stay here again!
